Seem to be getting headaches from any product i use, doesn’t matter what the amount or combo …and i am not noticing the effects either self or from others as i did in the past, i should mention i stopped using mones for a year at least until recently… has something changed ? ? Wondering on the one hand if my dosage is low but then why the headaches…
If its happening irrespective of mone content or dose, then its almost certainly not the mones that are the problem.
I’d look at scent/s as being the far more likely culprit and maybe try different/further-flung app points from the nose.
Self effects do fade with use - sometimes quite markedly but they usually pick-up again afte a break -but not always, so don’t worry about that.
Which scents have you been using? FF21 is the one that does it for me, every time. Other scents can bring-on a headache but much more rarely and that tends to depend on my feeling a bit run-down/unwell to begin with - situations when I should probably be giving mones a break.
Also, are you washing-off at night? I have found that crashing-out with mones-on can leave me more open to a headache/bit of burn-out the next day and sometimes similar from the scent.
