I’ve been wearing for quite a without any breaks. Since pheros cause the brains synapses to fire, can wearing too much be bad for the brain since it’s consistently firing?
I’m have a fever & I noticed I can feel my brain pulsating. That’s when I realized I’m still wearing mones & I can feel it on my brain. When I shower it goes away. I think being sick actually makes me see the changes my brain is doing.
Being sick, having a fever, stomach bug, migraine or other such infection can make wearing any kind of scented product near-unbearable IME, and violent headaches/nausea are all part of that.
Also the raised blood pressure from many of these can contribute to the “pounding” in your head feeling too.
Yes, a break would be a good idea to help you recover with the least discomfort and more generally, the odd phero-free day is a good thing for a number of reasons.
Some pheros can encourage a drained/headachy feel if you wear too much for too long or go heavy on the topups. IS/TAA and Nols are the ones that get me but this is easily offset by a rest and some decent food/drink to replenish my electrolytes.
I feel slightly better & back on wearing mones again
I am beginning to think mones are not working as good like before. When I wore Ammo a my first time about a year ago, I saw HITS like nothing before. Now, I barely see them? Has my body chemistry changed or something?
When you wear pheromones on a regular basis it is imperative that you take regular breaks and I am not just saying a couple of days a week. I think after 2 or 3 months of regular usage it would be wise to take 2 or 3 weeks minimum completely mone free.
During rest periods it is important to build your reserves by taking vitamins and supplements, good food and plenty of rest. Learn to listen to your body during rest periods. If you feel your brain pulsating it certainly isn’t time to go back to wearing mones.
