Okay so about me I’m a white 18 yrs old male living in soCal. I’m somewhat of an introvert and have a very hard time approaching ppl, especially women. When I manage to work up the courage to do so that initial period of the conversation usually kills me and when it doesn’t I might end up cutting it short anyway depending on my mood, I have no idea why btw. Anyway, I was hoping mones could help me with my problem a little. Even though I do know that most of the work is going to have to be done through self improvement I figured pheromones couldn’t hurt either. Basically I would say I need something for confidence(I think?) and something to attract women in the 18-25ish age range for a relationship. I was reading around a bit to see what might work but I’d much rather have your opinions on what I should get. suggestions guys? Forgot mention that my blood type is B negative if it matters.

Your problem is a common one among members here. Your right your going to have to make an effort still but mones can make that effort more productive and easier.
I would start with AMMO Ishine and IO.

Welcome to the forum. Like you said a lot of change is gonna come from self improvement but pheros do help ! Especially in the sense you want them to.
The best two products as far as conversation is concerned are IO ( for quantity) and IH (quality). They are not interchangeable and have different effects. From what you said i’d try them both, IO to get over the fear of running out of things to say, and IH to quickly get over small talk and feel like you connect with the person.
Then for your age i think there’s no better product, especially coupled with the last two than Instant Gentleman. Unfortunately its out of stock right now but if you wait a bit it’ll probably be back soon. Its unbelievable the “cool-guy” effect you’ll get from it. I think that socials are underestimated by new users and I appreciate that you’ll be trying them out first. I can see that IShine, although it does put others and myself in a relaxed mood, this can be directed to a more sexy inclination if you push it in that direction with your attitude.

If you did try IG, give it a go at one spray per day for a few days to see the effects on you and on others around you. The mones will generally last on me @ 4 to 5 hours, depending on body / ambient temperatures as well as humidity.
