I think you can’t go wrong with either IO or IS. I’d go with both of them. IS wears off a little quicker than most pheros, so don’t be surprised if you have to reapply it a few hours later.

How about A314 ? Will that work for me?
No. You said you’re intimitading to other people your age and that you wish to appear more approachable. A314 would be definitely counterproductive here, as it does give that intimidating vibe itself. Also, girls your age are not very responsive to it, at least not in the way you would find desirable - they kind of see it as the daddy-vibe. On top of that, I can’t see how at your age you could be congruent with the signal that A314 sends. It would work against your own qualities instead of highlighting them, that would make you confusing and sending mixed signals, and that’s when you get ghosted/ignored. People don’t know how to process you.

Those are all good solid products that you should get to grips with quite easily dose-wise, so yes.
But a bit more info on how and where you want to use them and who you want to use them around would help us give some better advice. 
Well I have a bit of social anxiety. So I’d mostly be using them to meet new people. I’ve heard IO and IS are a good combo for that. IO and IH are as well, right? I saw IO has a nice self effect too, which would probably help myself.
Okay another question… If I were to spray a that makes guys aggressive towards me, will that effect be going on till the next day even if I didn’t wear the product the next day? Will they be aggressive?
