The best way to get familiar is to actually try some, so if you can give us a bit more info about yourself, your situation, how you might want to use pheros, the sort of people you want to influence and the kind of places you have to use them will get you best advice and earn the GC to help you get started.
Oh - and don’t believe the hype. You are just as important as the pheros - which act in support of your personality and presentation to help things work better. They don’t do it all in isolation.
Hey Mobo thanks. I am looking into the alpha a314 oil and ammo summer right now. I’m thinking that the alpha would be good for work and maybe the gym. Ammo seems to be good for maybe the gym as well to attract the ladies. What are your thoughts?
Also for my gift certificate I am male, 31. I live in Kentucky. I am a bodybuilder and work as a IT network engineer.
My personality is I tend to be shy at first. Like not approaching women but I do say Hi and make eye contact. Looking to get that edge. I’m pretty laid back not really the outgoing type at the party. I see this from sales guys mostly because they are more open and chatty. I would like to know what could help with that as well.
Summer Ammo is a good social/laidback mix - esp around younger women but by your 30s, you may need to boost the None proportion a bit - a spray or two of TUTH usually does the job. Personally I prefer my Summer Ammo in daytime, with some IG and TUTH (or P75) to bring it in line with my age - its gets very good social/sexy results from women far younger than I’m really interested in.
If you are in a frame of mind to work hard and you get the self effects, then yes A314 will help you in the gym - but be aware that not all of us get self effects to the ame degree as some people and you can get used to them in time. Saying that, A314 is one that you seem to take the longest to get used to - I still get value from it several years down the line.
Professionally however, A314 is bang-on. Personally I’d suggest you dose to use it standalone because the oil is a good all-day product, then use the shorter acting sprays for steering eg Instant Shine - pleasant team-centric, IH - deepens the trust/confidence aspect, IH/IS is the most conversational addition and IH/P74 is the expert/authority combo.
Last paragraph - This connection is playing silly buggers with the site again and I’m having to use a series if edits to post anything! - Even if you are a bit shy but can do the right eye contact/body language, A314/TUTH has been a good mix for me in clubs. This is a mature status/sexual mix that suits the “man of few words” vibe - in fact I’ve been surprised at how little I need to say to a woman tuned-in to it. This is one mix where going a bit higher than normal on the A314 and a little lower than normal on the TUTH helps Some P96 (20-30mcg) will help with emotional comfort with its sexuality and drag the age-bar down a bit but its not an essential addition.

So far it looks to be a314 oil, summer ammo since regular ammo is out of stock and instant gentleman. Not sure about the instant shine yet. Mixed reviews I have read.

I love it and I’ve had some pretty wild results.
However it is not exactly one to start out with - as it is a product that will repel probably more than it attracts - and you may well have to deal with aggressive/confrontational behaviour from some men, although A314 does help to keep that in check somewhat. Once you have the hang of the likes of A314/TUTH, then is the time to move-up to IJ - Which has 5x the amount of None per spray compared to standard TUTH and its steering is more for a full-on/confrontational personality rather than TUTH’s outright sexual.
I tend to use IJ mostly with A314 in the most unsubtle proportions for when I want to let my inner arsehole out to play. When you find someone tuned-in to it, hang-on!

Yes, TUTH will be useful - at 31, you may need to add a little Androstenone compared to younger guys. Adding an equal amount of sprays of TUTH to your Ammo application will raise the Androstenone to other pheros proportion from 1:1:1 to 2:1:1, which is more sexually overt but still retains some of the balancing qualities of Ammo’s other molecules (plus some discrete sexual steering) and is maybe more in line with your age. A good time to do this is when moving from a pub to a more determinedly sexual atmosphere like a club or back home with someone.
Ammo World Edition seems to be in stock in togos, this is the same phero mix as Standard Ammo but in a different, less brutal/more mature scent (FF22). Personally I far prefer it to the standard Ammo scent (FF21) as it can be a bit much at work and I get mild irritation at cologne strength that limits the time I can wear it for.

I’m not sure I recommend Ammo Summer for you. Other people described it as having a soft or even a castrated vibe. I had multiple bad experiences with it, and I’m about your age. The A314 is a good choice, but it’s more suited for work, rather than socializing/partying.
Unless coupled with one or two Putatives—which I don’t recommend for you because you’re new to pheromones—Ammo Summer can work against you. When I used it, I had women treat me like a sister and men bust my balls in a not-so-friendly manner. The only demographic that responded nicely to it are women under 26: with a DIHL, Freudian slips, and wide smiles.
I made it work well for me by adding on P84 and P91. But outside of that, I say stick with Ammo or Ammo World, both available as to-go sprays. Only the full-size Ammo is out of stock.
Thanks for the info. I have tried P75 for three days now and wow. I get a self confidence increase like crazy. Kinda like being cocky almost. Not giving a crap what others think and the worries just go away. I’m loving it so far. You think adding that to the summer would kick it up a notch? I have some P74 and IS coming in tomorrow that I will be trying out. I have a to-go of ammo both regular and world. Haven’t tried them yet because to be honest I love the self effects P75 is giving me.

Everyone gave you great advice and I thought I would say hi. I would play with the instant line and the a314 all individually until you understand each product. Then I would try some putatives and making some mixes and document what you experience
