Turn up the Heat is mostly just sexy, and is better to wear around a woman that you already know, and who feels comfortable around you. From the reports I hear, it is a little trickier to use, because in the wrong environment or situation it can scare women away or make them irritable. Also, you are 20 so you are already producing a lot of androstenone, so you probably don’t really need another large dose of that. Ammo is the best pheromone for attraction. This phero will also help with confidence, approachability and respect - a great all rounder!! However I find that IS is a better combo for Ammo but TUTH may be a good idea in a club scene or when things have escalated with a girl and you want to take it to the next level.
as you correctly said mackie i want to attract womans, not really friends but more like “Girls i know in a club” you know, meet someone, get to know her and then see how it goes from there. If she ends up being a friend, a girlfriend, or just a one night stand it doesn´t matter.
Im actually a very shy guy with people that i don´t know. I can´t give the first step! but after i get to know someone im very funny and easy going person. (or so people have told me)
As well as Ammo I would definitely opt for the social pheromones as these will really help to aid the attraction of Ammo and also help to deal with any shyness when approaching. They are also great when mixed with Ammo and other pheromones. These can be bought in togo bottles to help save you money.

You will get great results with the products recommended. Ensure you test these out one by one first to get a good feel for what each does before mixing.

now i was wondering, where do i spray myself? the neck? my chest? wrist?
I believe its a bit humid in Argentina about this time of year? You may notice that the mone carrier scent may not last as long…so the mone diffusion may be quicker.
