I have used pheromones in the past but only Pherlure and euphoria; but I never did see any distinct results, or something out of the ordinary (and from what I’ve seen recently, they seem to not work or just are overhyped). (Yeah I know its a long run haha)
I am a very sociable guy, not because I’ve always been but because I’ve forced myself to do it in order to change for the better. I am noob with all this, but from what I’ve read, since I’m a constant club/party/bar hopper, I think Turn up the heat or Ammunition will do for me. Yes you are right Ammo and Turn Up The Heat are great choices if you frequent nightclubs, ammo is well buffered so you could also use during the day, tuth is more sexual, so i’d say its great for clubs.
