Hey guys I’m pretty new to pheromones and just trying something new. I’m a 21 year old guy from North Carolina. I like to go out and meet new people. Usually though, I’m out with a friend who seems to grab all of the conversations.
I would like to find some pheromones to help with my confidence and possibly meet new people. I really want to meet women and I tend to get a little shy. I look forward to all the great advice you guys (and gals) have for me. 
When you say he grabs all of the conversations, are you saying all the women talk to him and ignore you? Or is he just hogging the spotlight?
From your initial post I would probably reccomend some IG to get some respect/confidence. Then IO, because it causes you to be more open will help you talk to others and help them talk to you.
The confidence thing is it everyday? Or just when talking to females?
He kinda hogs the spotlight. I don’t know if its intentional because he is naturally talkative.
LOL I have a friend like that as well The IG should help with that. It should draw respect from him and others. However if its just him being himself, when there is a girl that seems to like you, pull her to the side away from him. Or just say something to him about it. Let him know that you want a piece of the action as well! He is your friend and would understand!
the confidence thing is mainly an everyday thing but it becomes a bit more exaggerated with females.

Shine will counter your shyness in social. It can also uplift your mood and the mood of the people around you.
IO will make people want to talk to you. It is an ice breaker and people will open up. YOu will enjoy more conversations with people.

ok. I had seen some info on Instant Open here but I had not seen anything on Shine.
Really practice makes perfect when it comes to females. Or really anything. No phero, will make you lose all fears. Doing whatever you fear gets rid of the fear.
I would still stand by the same stuff. You might like IS as well. It brings confidence and makes people want to be around you.
