Hi Helen, welcome to the community. Instant Shine and Instant Sexiness seem like good choices. I’m a guy so I’ve never tried instant sexiness, but Instant Shine is my favourite phero. I’m curious to know why you chose A over B? To match your personality? Or complement your personality with its opposite? My own experiments are making me think that when using pheros it can help to use the pheros to fill gaps or weaknesses in one’s own natural signals from body language, which is why I’m curious.
That’s a good question. I think I chose A because I had read that it is more bold and sexy, whereas B was more kittenish. I’m not really the kittenish, cute type. My personality (or rather my looks I guess) are more of the first type, although I am kind of shy at first. I’m not sure if I’m describing it very well, but it seemed like the A fit my personality better and would give me more of the effect I wanted than the B.
I tried out the Instant Sexiness A tonight and had some mild but interesting results. I’m thinking about starting a journal on here so I can get others’ feedback about what I experience. Since I’m so new to all of this I would love to hear what others think about my results and get advice.

By all means try out whatever sounds good to you. But test them out one by one, at first. That way you’ll know exactly what each phero will do for you on its own, and when you get to layering or mixing you’ll know why you’re getting the results you are. Or how to tailor a mix to get you the results you want.
