I’m Sianna, 33 yrs old, female from Socal new to this science of Pheromones! I’m a bit on the reserved and introverted side when I don’t know you. Once you get to know me, I’m a bit chatty, sarcastic and fun to be around. My first experience with pheromones was Pure Instinct (smells yummy) but not sure if that has any effect. I did just order Instant Shine and barely had 2 days with it to try. The verdict is still out on that one. I’m hoping to get more insight from the experienced individuals here and info on the fascinating world of Pheromones.

Welcome to the Androtics forum! Instant Shine is a great phero to start with. Depending what you want to do and what situations you want the pheros to help you out it, I think Instant Sexiness A or B is another one to check out. Instant Honesty is also a good phero for that deeper meaningful conversation.
Once you report on those you will be able to try out the mixes, which are quite fun as well.

Hi and welcome. If you’re very introverted and shy, maybe using some Instant Openness on yourself for self-effects might help. However, Instant Shine was definitely a great choice.
Well instant shine is a forum favorite. If your around upbeat people all the time sometimes its hard to see but its still working. Then you will use it around a cronically cranky persona and suddenly its like “Oh I get it now”
I use about 3 to 4 sprays of the regular strength. Put one of those in your hair because it diffuses the mones well.
I also suggest you check out Instant sexiness A. Its a sexy confident strong mix and its what most of us use as our base mix.
IO is always fun and obvious. Its friendly fun chatty almost to the point of wanting to say "hey shut up " LOL It attracts people to you and is great for breaking the ice on first meetings.

Instant openness might be a great choice for you, I too am more on the quiet side with unknown people. Wearing instant openness makes me at ease and more likely to be friendly and talkative. Instant sexiness is also good for a confidence boost to the wearer as well as extra attention.

Also, as Kusro pointed out, IH is good for quality of conversation as opposed to quantity–it has heavy betanol to light alphanol, as opposed to IO, which has heavy alphanol to light betanol. IO increases chattiness and encourages lightness of mood, while IH increases trust and depth of conversation.
The downside to IH is that some people get so emotional that they wind up having a depressive reaction, but I get the giggles from it so it depends on the person.
