I am not sure a nice smell will make you more confident. If that is the case then you can just go and purchase a really nice smelling fragrance and that would do the trick.
IO and Is/b sounds about right for the info you gave us so far and to get you started.
The instant lines default scent is neroli and its a light , orange fragrance. Just in case look at the scents we offer so if you are purchasing the 30ml bottles you might want to customize your products with something like chocolatini, coconut, grapefruit.
