Yes, Instant Shine can be useful for those suffering social anxiety but I must say that self effects are highly variable between individuals and you can get used to them surprisingly quickly. So to that end, pheros are no quick or easy fix for this and are best used in support of more tangible methods to increase your social skills. That way any results will be permanent and sustained.

Always is a strong word. I know from experience it’s easier for a personality like mine to be very comfortable with sitting home behind a screen and relaxing. Burning hours unproductively and not feeling bad about it. If you create a lifestyle of activity, and surround yourself with people who are active - you will become more outgoing. Add in lubricating pheromone signatures along the lines of IO and IH and you will find yourself chatting with people. Once you’ve become confident in your conversation abilities and outgoing nature that you’ve developed. Transition into the realm of masculine power with something like ammo or a314. I noticed quiet introverted people DO NOT have positive reactions to masculine scents but rather easily become introverted^2.
