Not a good sign. I’ve had girls do that to me, only I was 18 to 20 at the time. Silly me took their “I’m busy; maybe some other time” literally. I’d say stop trying to ask her out, and just stick to friendly flirting. Either she’s not interested romantically but wants to be nice about it, or she likes to play games. My current rule for these situations is: “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.”
That said, Ammo and IH is a great combination for a date. It worked well for me before, and should for well for you too. Just, maybe, not on this girl.
