I just got a msg from my ex she want to come over a chill with me for a while. I haven’t seen her in like a year. Well we went to play pool at 1 am stay out till 3 not much happen.Well flirted a lot we talked about our pass to the point she cried a lil because somewhat it was sad. i cheer her up saying something like" WTF u crying about where friend arent we that sound pretty dam good to me." she laughed a little we sat at bench near the pear and she laid down her head down on my lap. then she decided she has to go see her boyfriend i was like okay go. she leave. i sit alone for a while like WTF happen.
Later she dosent talk to me for a day. so im like fuck im tierd of this shit.then she calls me telling me she broke up with her boyfriend.and she dosent want to be alone so can we chill i agreed. then she cancels it and tell me she has to talk to her ex and now there back together and im confuse.

The IH work great for me. it lead the convo it a deeper level. and i actually fine it works on my therapist lol. he extents my session like 15-30 min almost every time i have IH on LOL
