Hi! My name is Chris, I’m 39 and a married mom of 2. I’ve been reading up on what pheromones can do, and I’m curious to try them out. I’m kind of a quiet person, more of a listener than a talker, but people tend to take that as being ‘stuck up’ or ‘acting too good’ for them, so it is hard for me to make friends. I’d like to find something that helps me seem friendlier, and a little more outgoing maybe? Also to help at work, just because I can come across as bitchy when I really don’t mean to, it is just because it is hard for me to feel close or friendly with coworkers and people I supervise. It would also help if I felt a little more confident when dealing with my supervisor.
And last, but definitely not least, something to help with the sex life. I’ve been married almost 20yrs, things have gotten rather…I don’t know if boring is the right word, maybe predictable? I feel like it is just routine. Nothing I do seems to bring back that spark! Hopefully there is something here that will help me out. Any advice?

To give you an over-all boost of confidence I’d recommend Instant Shine. It’s a brilliant social phero that does exactly what it says on the bottle…it makes you shine It gives you a youthful, happy and approachable vibe. IS is great on its own or with other phero’s.

As for spicing things up at home My personal favourite is Instant Sexiness. There’s two versions, IS/a and IS/b which both increase your sexy vibe but in slightly different ways. IS/a is a more alpha female, dominant sexiness (think Angelina Joli), where as IS/b is a more mellow, seductive sexiness (think Marilyn Monroe).

Glad she came around before me, or she woulda shown my advice up! The only recommendation i would give on top of that would be Turn Up The Heat. Now this is a male product, meant to stimulate women and fairly screams “i want sex!” From my own use, i’ve found it tends to make me more aggressive during intimate moments, while it also helps get whoever im with really into the mood. You could use it two ways: if you want to tell him about your pheromones, you could just give your husband the TUTH and have him put it on when your not aware. If you DON’T want to tell him, try dabbing some on your upper lip, where you’ll be able to smell it and kiss him alot. Then when you’re kissing, he’ll also get some effect from it. Copulin products will liven things up sexually. Androtics doesn’t have one now but is working on one. Love-scent offers Essence of Woman. Isex also has a great following here for that purpose.
Besides all of the great advice you’ve got, especially Xiphoid’s, I’d like to offer that you consider Instant Female Magic. You might find it helps you on those days when you’re feeling grouchy at work. You didn’t say whether your supervisor is male or female, if your sup is a female, it may help her too. If your sup is a male, the IFM may make him depressed.

Ok, well I guess I’ll go read some more on how these work and how to use them exactly. I haven’t quite figured out how they work together.

As far as using these products together, what you do is first test each product solo, to find the best number of sprays for you (your sweet spot). Then you can spray more than one product on yourself at once (this is called layering) for better effect.
For a beginner, the information seems like a lot to juggle at first, but the extra effort is not so much and figuring out your dosage is worth the trouble, once you get a handle on it. If you read through the Women’s (and Men’s) sections, you’ll see a lot of folks having real fun with this stuff.

The experimentals and in particular the putatives (those P…'s) are best used when you have had a chance to get a feel for how the basics work for you. You’ll end up wasting them if you start too soon, and that’s ashame because they aren’t cheap.
Basically the consumer phero’s are tried and tested…they have well known effect ad anyone can give them a go. The experimentals ans putatives are still in the research phase being tested by people who have phero experience and who report effects to Androtics (who are a research company)…they are still trying to pin down the exact effects of them, hence the term experimental or putative
