my name is Curt and I am 33 years old. I life near Frankfurt/Germany.
I have experienced different result from using pheromones. About 10 years ago I used some which appears to have some results on women. They seemed to get more talkative and my girlfriend found the smel “very male” even she did not know I used a pheromone.
The second experience I had with another brand. The results were more “general”. I even got more attention even from men… the contacts increased during discussions within a group of people. Interesting enough this pheromon did no trigger any reation from my girlfriend… obviously this was more of a social pheromon…
So I personally think pheromons work … not always, not for everybody.
Now I am single and think about using pheromones for sexual attraction and just to break the ice.

Anyway, there is a lot to learn about pheros and yes, some do stimualte sexuality, whilst others generate feelings of respect, comfort or status in both sexes - And yes, some phero sellers do overstate their products and/or sell social products as sexual. So no wonder you sometimes get confusing results.Now to the pheros themselves - Ammo is probably your best start as it is a balanced social/sexy product with more or less equal quantities of the three main pheros. It is also quite suitable for wearing to work and in polite social situations, which is not the case with the more overtly sexual pheros like IJ and TUTH.After that, you might look to one or other of the socials to help steer Ammo in an appropriate direction: Instant Shine - gives a happy/feelgood impression. IO - promotes flowing conversation IG - gives a light, smooth/suave status impression. Also, if you are looking to influence you status at work, A314 is a superb trust/status/reliability mix. Best and longest lasting in oil base but the alcohol versions are useful and for trying it out. Also good for that “catch” vibe in potential LTRs

I sincerely recomend you to start a journal, and try to be as disciplined as posible with it. I´ve been trying different products for about 7 weeks , and it´s been very funny, but also a i´m making a big mess. Being a german guy, i guess it won´t be taht hard for you to keep your journaling discipline.
