A314 is one of my favorites and I love the self-effect. Can you wear it every day? Lots of people do I think. I personally don’t, but I’ve worn mones 4 days in a row and didn’t seem to experience any build up. I shower every night and every morning though so maybe that’s why.
There are tips on the forum too on avoiding buildup (e.g. with witch hazel soap).
If you like A314 you may also like Instant Gentleman - this is one of my favorites too. It’s a little like A314 in that it is a respect kinda mone for me, but where A314 is totally alpha male, IG is more “cool” male. I think of it a bit like A314 being a bit Daniel Craig and IG being more Brad Pitt - still totally alpha, but in a more charismatic way.
Instant Shine I also find works well with just about any AD product.

Yes if you shower A314 and other pheromones will wash off. However build up can occur with anone because anone is stickier then other pheromones. A314 has very little anone in it so no worries there. Yes you can use it everyday but I do suggest you shower daily as well.
Now since you looking for something to attract the ladies I do suggest AMMO and one of the socials like IO. These products have more draw to them. A314 is great but you have to work harder to draw them in with this one since it gives a strong alpha signature. People are in awe but they dont approach the alpha until he approaches them but with Ammo the have no problems with approaching.

Ammo for teenagers to men in their 20’s…maybe early 30’s
TuTH for men over 30-35
And Instant Shine, for anyone, very hard to OD on that and it can smooth out A314 and make it a little more approachable.
Since you’re about 18 I’d say try it this way.
For work, school and general daytime uses try 2 drops of A314 with a single spray of ammo. Mostly a mature dominant leadership vibe tempered with some none for attraction (but not enough to give a pervy horndog vibe) and alpha nol for social approachability (but not enough to come off beta and approval seeking.
For night time, parties, clubs and dates Reverse the ratio, 2 Sprays of Ammo as a general all around attractant, with a single drop of A314 for giving a high status VIP vibe without seeming TOO intimidating or “out of her league”. (Yes, too much A314 can make SOME women get a sense of “he’d never go for lil old me” and they shy away from you.
I know you don’t want an arsenal of mones but the fact is each product has it’s own specific qualities, and while I do have my own standard mixes that I use 90% of the time…I’ve found that having a variety of products gives me some versatility to customize my effects for the situations.

For that situation, I wouldn’t use A314, its too serious, and would only make them more shy. Instant Honesty would be a better choice, because it adds depth and intimacy to conversations, and makes others trust you more. And as you probably know, trust is an essential part of building a relationship.

A314 can make you less approachable to women so isnt the best phero to use in social situations. Using Ammo and the social pheromones would be more appropriate for being more approachable.
ammo is pretty expensive btw, its up there with a314, what makes it so expensive compared to the rest? does it work to its capacity, btw outdoors and wind does that effect pheromones

A314, as I said, is not a social product. People have used it as a social product, mixed with other things, but wait til you have some experience using pheros before you do that. Instant Gentleman is a better option, if you must go that route. It will give you the confidence/trust/respect of A314, but on a warmer, more sociable level.
To help with shyness and approach anxiety, go with Instant Openness. Instant Openness will relax you and those around you, everyone will be friendlier and more easily talkative. It won’t be such a great effort. Though of course you do have to help. If you wear Instant Openness and sit in a corner wit your hoodie pulled over your face, it won’t work.
Just start with the to-go size of Ammo, it costs around the same as the other to-go products. You must have been looking at the big bottle. And yes, wind and being outdoors can affect a products diffusion.
