Mones don’t distinguish as to WHO will be affected by the mone cloud. So, YES, you may get young and old, thick and thin, checking you out. 
I can see that AMMO, my preference is the Summer Edition AMMO, that’ll get a confident to be in your skin feel along with others looking to you for direction. I do like that it’s a sexy vibe that you can highlight with your attitude. Also with the SE of AMMO, it’s said to have TAA, the primary component of IShine along with P130. It’s the most complete sexy man product that AD carries, IMO.
Along with AMMO, I’d suggest IO to get ladies and anyone else in your mone cloud just bubbly to talk to you. It would be an awesome combination.

If you are looking at 30+ women, then a more high status/sexually overt signature can be useful. Ammo however is still a very useful all-rounder product and I do like Summer Ammo with some extra Androstenone (eg TUTH) behind it.
Seriously consider A314, TUTH, IH and Instant Shine. All are useful for creating mature, high-status and unashamedly sexual signatures, so you should be able to concoct a few useful combos out of that but they may be a bit much for the younger ladies - Ammo and a social or IG mught suit you better therte. As far as your ex is concerned, A314 (esp the oil but sprays are useful to try out) will be very useful around the workplace and could well help your old flame to see you in a different light, similarly the IH can help a lot with reconnecting, bonding and those “it was just meant to be” moments. Neither are sexuals, so you would steer them in that direction with a smallish amount of TUTH.

I’ve just been looking at the site to make a purchase & noticed the small sprays to go, do you think i should get a bunch of the small sprays first to see how i get along with them before getting the bigger bottles? I also noticed that the only big bottle of A314 that i can find is the oil, is that correct?

TUTH for some thing highly sexual. I’m kinda new here too, but every time I’ve used TUTH with my wife both of our minds were blown. I’ve given a spray to a co worker who was intersted to try out with his girl and he came back the next day blushing and giving it positive reviews.
I ordered my fist batch about two weeks ago and I also ordered a bunch of the to-go bottles, I think there a good way to start out. come back for more of what you like and dig through the fourms to find more of what you didnt even know you wanted.
As far as I know there is the big bottle of A314 Oil and then the To-go version wich is alcohol based and from what ive hurn the To-go bottle is better in colder climates and the oil based one is better in warmer climates.
and as for every thing that you need to get thats all just a matter of opinion. lots of awesome products to play with try the ones out that intrest you now. the fourms are deffinatly your friend in finding out what to try out next.

No difference, just dose. /b is closer to oil in impact.

Though, still has a shorter life span as the alcohol base tends to dissipate faster than the oil. I only use my A314/a if I want to put FEAR into my target… but, pronto!

Even if we do want your money and all of it, I always advice my clients to start of with the 5ml bottles first because pheromones do work but they are not for everyone
In addition, some clients don’t find the product or products suited for them in their first purchase
