If you are a bit on the shy side then my number one recommendation would be Instant Shine….It’s a fabulous all-rounder that does exactly what it says on the bottle….it makes you shine! It will boost your mood and confidence and gives you a happy, youthful and approachable vibe. It’s great to use on its own as well as in a combo.
If you are looking to improve communication in general then Instant Openness is a great choice. IO helps increase the quantity of communication both in yourself (depending a bit on where you apply it) and those around you. It makes people more relaxed and chatty around you.

Hello there, welcome to the forums! Wow, way to go big and jump right on in there! I started off just getting 3 products, but found myself hooked pretty fast… i now have a cabinet full of them. 
I think you’re really going to enjoy playing with these! 
When you try out your pheromones, i recommend avoiding the classic new user’s mistake of spraying everything on at once and going out. It’s best to try one product at a time, increasing the number of sprays you use each time, until you find the perfect number of sprays for your body chemistry. And since you got the to-go bottles, each one only has 40 sprays, so you must cherish them!

Ok for your situation, i recommend IO for the ice breaker in conversations plus it make people especially girls to open up to you more And yes the A314 will be great to use at work, so you consider to get it, go ahead
And if you want some sexual attraction towards the girls, try getting TUTH or AMMO as these two are good at sexual attraction but i suggest TUTH based on my tests & feedback from other users about it but i leave it to you to decide there

I just have one question, can I use my own perfume while I am wearing pheros?
The only product you may have trouble using your own perfume with is Ammo, since it comes pre-mixed in its own perfume that could clash with yours. Other than that, i would recommend after spraying on whichever phero’s you want, wait for about 10 minutes, then spray your perfume on over where you sprayed the phero’s. Quite a few of us love different smells different days, so of course we made sure there was a way to use them.
Noob question again: which place is the most effective to spray pheros? You spray perfume allways on the same place as u sprayed pheros?
The best places to spray phero’s are the same as the best places to apply perfume, actually. Places with more heat to help with diffusion. Most people use: wrists, inside elbows, neck, upper chest, hair, and behind the head. Wrists and inside elbows are great for when you want a product to influence others a little bit farther away. Back of the head is for when you want a closer influence on others, but still dont want the self effects. Neck and upper chest are where i spray things i want self-effects from.
Now, remember, DO NOT spray these in your armpits or groin. There are alot of bacteria in those places that will convert phero’s rapidly and cause an almighty stench that you will remember for the rest of time. Not a good idea. 
And you don’t have to spray your perfume directly over where you sprayed your phero’s, but then you might have two scents clashing… your wrists may smell like Neroli and your chest may smell like your perfume. Can be a bit weird. So i recommend in the same spots, yes.

So, yesterday I test this “incredible” pheros. I put on one spray of Instant Openness on my left wrist and than rub it with other wrist, so half a spray on both wrists’. Couse I went on a drink with my friend I use two sprays of Instant Shine which I sprayed on my upper chest. After 15min I sprayed my favourite perfume on both wrists and on my upper chest in the same place I put on pheros.
Than I want out to shop to buy some dvd-rw for my father’s videocamera, but I didn’t notice nothing particular. Only the woman cashier give me a nice smile for goodbye, but that is nothing new, I get that all the time.
After that I went to meet my friend (second cousin) on the drink at local pub. We both ordered tea and have a talk for around hour and a half than I went to pay 2,50€ for teas. After I paid waitress said to me that I am very hot (because I was wearing a T-shirt the only one in the pub, and outside it was like 2°C uner zero). That is nothig special again couse I hear that all the time because I like to wear T-shirts.
Than I want home and that’s it.
I didn’t spot nothing special today so I don’t really believe in this anymore. OK I will try it again on Wednesday when I am going out with my friends (2 girls and 1 boy). I don’t want nothig to have with this two girls but I want to flirt with other girls. I am thinking to use ammo, shine and turn up the heat. What do u think?

I didn’t really know in which section should I post this post so I just reply here.
This was just your first try, I know the bottle says instant on it but that’s just the name. They are not magic. You need to work a little to find a good dosage for you. We all have our own natural chemical make up and while one spray may work for one person, another may need 3 or 4. 1 spray split to wrists is not much for IO. Try 2 next time. Wrists while they do have pulse points are not my favorite application point. I find hits less prominent when I use my mones there. Play around with application points.

With instant openness people will make mundane comments to you just to get a conversation going. You need to reciprocate… respond and this is when the flood gate opens because then you signal your open to interaction with them.

Don’t get too worried about spotting hits, when looking for one, it is easy to miss one coming from another direction. Just put your pheromones on and forget about it until the evening, then sit back and take a few quiet minutes to think back through the day, you’ll be surprised!
Instant Openness will encourage people to talk to you IF YOU GIVE THE IMPRESSION OF WANTING TO TALK TO THEM Instant Shine should make you more approachable. With both of these, you are still going to have to start a conversation. It’s like going fishing, you can throw a line in the water and hook a fish, unless you then pull it towards you, you won’t get to keep it.
If a waitress told me I was hot, even if I were the only one wearing a tshirt then that would either be a hit or just her being polite. Either way, I would take it as a cue and start talking to her, if I was wearing Instant Openness, I would probably get her life story, her dog’s name, her favourite food and maybe even her phone number.
It sounds to me like you were expecting to just spray on a pheromone or two and women would be throwing themselves at you like some stupid deoderant commercial. It doesn’t happen like that, you have to learn to read body language and react to it.
So, you’re giving up already. Did you learn to walk without falling over, or write without making a mistake. Read the forum, learn what to expect and try again.

I am going out to meet some girls today. I want to give 3 sprays of ammo on chest, 2 sprays of openness on wrists and than behind ears, 2 sprays of turn up the heat behind the neck or on the hair. What do u think? too much? Should I use Shine to?
About spraying on hair: Is somethink wrong if have have gel on, because u have to have nice hairstyle.

Mmk, let’s see what damage i can do here… first off, spraying multiple phero’s in the same spot is just fine. We do it all the time.
Secondly, before i say anything about that combo, are you going to meet up with girls you know or try to meet some? And where are you going to go meet them at? These may effect how much TUTH you should use…
Oh, and i DO NOT recommend spraying TUTH or Ammo into your hair. -none is a very sticky phero that will cling on to hair and build up over time, if you keep using -none products over the course of days. Try to stay away from spraying -none products (TUTH, Ammo, Instant Jerk, Raw Power, Dirty) into your hair or on your clothes. Helps them be easier to wash off later.
As for the hair gel, that won’t prevent you from spraying there, but you will lose one of the advantages of spraying on your head. There are two: lots of heat leaves through the top of your head, and your hair moves alot, spreading the pheromones. Well, you’ll still have the heat, but your hair won’t be moving. But like i said, still a valid spot for spraying.
I am going out with two friends (male and female ) from faculty, but I want to meet some other girls if that will be possible couse of my friends, ok only because of her. We are going to night club.
So should I use only ammo and turn up the heat or only one of thoose? I think that instant openness must be used. What do u think? Or what do u use when u want to meet other girls, couse I see we are at same age…?
Personally, i would probably apply 3 sprays of instant shine (2 neck, 1 hair), 2 sprays of Instant Openness (one each wrist), and 2 sprays ammo (neck/upper chest). I would save TUTH for if you really hit it off with the girl and are dancing for awhile with her in the club. Then excuse yourself, go to the bathroom, spray 1-2 sprays of TUTH on your neck/upper chest, and go back to dancing.
Yes its ok but try to remember to call it layering. Its less confusing. Mixing implies putting them in a bottle and mixing them up and a lot of new members get confuded and ruin some perfectly good mones this way. You dont want to mix in a bottle. Layer on the skin .

Ahhhh No to much LOL Dont use TUTH and AMMO together. They both have anone and your sure to go into the od effect. Plus your spraying on to much 2 sprays of ammo should do it. Yes use shine but you really should test them one at a time to see what each one can do for you and find your personal dosage for each.
Put your gel on first and let it set then apply Ishine. Dont use mones that have anone in the hair. Anone is stivky and is hard to get out of the hair. They rest are fine there though.
Looks like your determined to go for the traditional Phero baptism
Use 2 sprays of ammo 1 to chest 1 to neck. 3 sprays of Ishine Neck chest hair and 2 sprays of IO spilt to wrists and back of neck.
Now your just starting out and you need to test a little, we are all different so dont worry if you dont see much at first, Just go out and have fun and look back at your night after to determine if you had hits.

I must say: What a fucking great night!!! I put on 2 sprays of ammo (wrists and than put it on the back of the neck), 1 spray of Turn up the heat (neck) and 2 sprays of instant openness (neck). I meet this nice blond girl, I put on pheros at 7:30pm, than we have been at my friend’s place and we drink like 4l of vine and around 1am we went to night club. After 30min I meet this girl and we stay together till 5am. We were dancing, talking, kissing… She was talking me all the time how hot I am and that I am turning her on… aaauuuchhh!
In next days we will certainly meet again to go out for some movie or sth.
