Okay, so this morning I woke up, ate, hung out for awhile. Then I showered–scrubbed every inch of me thoroughly with plain unscented Dove soap. As soon as I got out of the shower and dried myself off, I spritzed my wrists with one shot each of IS/B. Aside from feeling slightly floaty-headed, I didn’t feel any different from my normal demeanor. That qeued me off right away that IS/B has a completely different effect on me than IS, which gives me a noticeably bubbly feeling.
So in the next hour I spent applying my makeup, putting on my clothes, doing my hair etc, I noticed positively no effect on myself for anyone around me. I walked to the mailbox, right past three different guys (even doubled back on my way back to the house), and it was like I didn’t exist. So before I left to walk to work, I spritzed my chest once.
Walked to work, (I was a little sweaty; it was hotter out than it was yesterday) Got there, and my coworkers paid me even less attention than they normally do. Usually, aside from maybe getting hit at least on once or twice, I always always ALWAYS get barraged by patrons who need help finding books. Today, absolutely NOTHING. People didn’t even look up as I walked by.
I figured I might be ghosting, so I went into the bathroom and washed my wrists off with soap and water. Went back out and continued working. The only thing that might possibly qualify as a hit is one of my coworkers greeted me and gave me a hug on his way out–he’s usually not remotely physically affectionate People seemed the slightest bit more aware of my presence, but still, nobody asked me for anything–which was extremely odd.
After an hour or two, going this unnoticed was getting a bit disconcerting (even for me). So after my break, I went into the bathroom, washed my chest off, and tried spritzing once on each side of my neck–on the pulse point, just under each of my ears.
Went back out. Kept working. Not much better, but a little. Later in the day, a woman asked me for help finding a book. She was kind of standoffish though.
