I have been trying to let this woman know for a couple of months now that I am interested in changing our relationship from friends to something more, but I don’t believe she is interested. So I thought maybe I would find some answers and/or products to help push this to the next level.

Well, if you are a comedian and general all-round fun person, I wholeheartedly suggest you consider MX297 or MX390 (same formula, different scents) - I know its not a consumer line product, so the AD warranty won’t apply but his is a well-tested and superbly social/socially-engaging product that works wonders when used in the right environments.
I cannot stress how effective this product is when used well in the right environments. The only thing with it is that it lacks none so you often need to combine it with a more overt sexual product to get results there.
Personally, I found it best to go with the 297/390 on its own for a couple of hours, until I had built-up a fair bit of comfort and had begun escalation with someone. Then I would add-in a couple of sprays of TUTH, or eventually just plain Androstenone - The effects on women in their 30s-up was remarkable, often resulting in an “I’ve never seen you this way before” response, followed rapidly by a - “lets get out of here NOW!” moment! Often as little as 30 minutes after the none application.

I came here in my mid 40s, after a couple of failed LTRs, a long dry spell, followed by a period of concerted self-improvement and whilst pheros were not the only thing, they were IMO the icing on the cake that helped everything else fall into place in an effective and reliable manner.
It can take a bit of work to find the pheros and mixes that work best with your own personality, body chemistry and social disposition but it is well worth it. If you have not read them already, get stuck into these:
