You are a 25 year old male from what country/location? And can you tell a bit about yourself? Then maybe we can give you some more personal advice.
Most sprays here usually are dosed to work best at 1-2 sprays. Some use more, but never go over the 4 spray dosage per product unless you know what you are doing and are willing to risk getting an OD. For the rest, I would say experiment a bit with different pheromones and use your body as a canvas, and hopefully you will see its effects on people.
A314 is best used in situations where you want to impress someone or be the leader. Its mostly giving out an “alpha” vibe, I usually recommend it for work or social situations. Its gives that feeling that you are the leader of the group, the sergeant in a group of privates.
Ammo is good for dating and parties. It gives out a more sensual vibe, in general girls will start to like you and will “stick” more easily. Its making you more attractive. In general, if a girl likes you, then this spray will overcome that LMR that is holding her back.
TUTH is the more sexual version. If you want to create a more sexual mood or want to create some sexual tension in the bed. Its making you more sexually attractive. Where Ammo is more sensual, this gives a more sexual vibe, so best to use it only around those that are already sexually aroused to give it that extra push.

I am 25 years old. I am studying a distant learning course as well as work as marketing manager at adobe. I am good looking and have no problem talking to girls. I am more comfortable around girls than guys. Love the way they take care of me.

If you are in India, then that is an an excellent combination A314 for professional purposes and for helping project status in sexual/dating mixes and Ammo or TUTH to help project sexy/social or determinedly sexual signatures.
The only other two mones I’d strongly suggest you consider are P74 at 7.5-10mcg and IH - both work very well with A314 and TUTH in mixes around Indian women.
Of course you do need to be careful with the quantities of TUTH here - use less (or none at al) in daytime/workplace situations but more in unhibited/sexual environments. Ammo is more balanced, so can be used more freely but remember that it has a stronger, cologne-like scent that can be difficult in workplaces where low-scent policies are in force. The rest are in very light scents that won’t be a problem if you give them half an hour or so to settle down before entering.
