I still have it stored away but do not know what to do with it.

I would recommend cttm2 and IO. These are socials that will help with shyness and approaching. Then Ammo for attraction and I live IS which is a social to but can be used in sexual mixes as well. If you tell us a little more about yourself you will get the $25 GC.

Although I’m 8 years younger than you, Instant Shine helps me a lot with approachability. I’m usually shy around new people, and more often than not struggle to get that initial interaction going. IS eases this, and gives me a more alluring aura. In the sense that, although I’m quiet, people around me seem drawn towards me, wanting to initiate the interaction themselves. Is it extremely versatile, and can be paired/mixed with many other products.
Aside from shy, how else would you describe yourself? Is there a specific type of person you are looking to attract? Are you looking to make friends, hook-up, find a possible serious relationship?
Although my initial recommendation would be Ammo + Instant Shine, for it’s light attraction, mix of fun, and versatility among others, or CTTM, for it’s approachability and the primary purpose of the product - “come talk to me”, there are many other possibilities I could recommend if I knew a little more about you.
Things in the pheromone world have changed a lot in the last 10 years, so I’d say throw away the product you have from all them years back - who knows what would have happened to the molecules after 10 years - and wait to see what today’s products get you. I’m almost certain you won’t be dissapointed, and there’s nothing to lose once you put the $25 Gift Certificate to use.

I’d suggest you try out the introductory pack to get yourself started again. This will get you most of the products the justintime and dreambrother have mentioned above. it won’t have CTTM2, but with the IO and IH, you should be covered here.
Make sure you spend some time reading the great journals the members have posted here; not only are the a fun and entertaining read, but this will also catch you up with all the new advancements over the past several years.

IFM was known to cause depression in higher doses and has been discontinued because of this (Why Instant Female Magic was pulled: SteveO cites women using it to depress men)
Coming on to your situation : u need a socio-sexual combo . check 2 products from commercial line add a putative to it (best for beginners, without much experimenting ).
my bet will be on : IS + IO + P74 . (for social mixups) . replace IS by TUTH in sexual settings . Keep p74 upto 10 Mcg for Social mixes.

Thanks, I ordered IS and will see how it works. Also the IFM was stored in a dark closet. I have tried to use it recently and it still makes me very depressed. I listed it on the trading forum.

So I got the IS today and decided to try it on myself. Used 2 sprays and 15 minutes later it made me calm, less anxious, and happy. I have not tested it on others but so far I like the self effects. I was thinking about picking up p103 for its self effects and maybe p74. Would you guys recommend these? Thank you
I would definitely recommend P74; it has a bestfriending kind of effect, and is great at creating a fast bond. Although it may seem counterintuitive, a friendly vibe can be turned into attraction if you play your cards right. However, I find P74 quite tricky, as it is difficult to assure you are not dropped in the friend-zone permanently.
For family and friends, and general day-to-day life, P74 is a definite yes from me!
Although the self-effects of IS may dissipate with repeated use, you are sure to get recurring positive hits from it. I’ve never had a negative experience from it, expect from one time when I OD’d quite drastically (I think I amounted 8 sprays within 4 hours!). Two sprays should leave you with a very upbeat, easy-flowing - yet natural - feeling of comfort and magnetism.
If you have time to test those putatives by their lonesome, I wish you can pen a good solo report too. You may use this format in reporting a putative test.

P103 I have done some testing but need to follow up on it and try in a mix. I love P74 but it can land you in friend zone if you don’t steer it away with a more sexual phero.
Those are all good but personally, I would suggest you look at P114 rather than P103 for smoothing communication. I’ve always found P103 more physical in effect.
P114 can also be used with A314 in ways that IO cannot.
Ok so I will get p74 on my next order but also wanted to know about ammo. Is this good for first dates? Can I wear it every day for work? Thanks for the help guys!

AMMO is completely appropriate for work and first dates. It isn’t an over-the-top sexual like TUTH may be. AMMO in each variety is a noticeable cologne scent, but is always sophisticated enough to work in almost any environment.
Definitely worth a try!
