I’ve got a few questions I’d like to ask. I’m new to the whole pheromone thing - never actually used one, but I’m real curious about them. I’ve looked around these forums and I think they’re cool - so when I ask these things, I’m not being aggressive or cynical - I’m just really curious. thanks…
-This is a forum connected to a particular supplier of pheromones, does anyone worry that some posters here might be a little biased towards their own products? I’d be interested if people could give a reccomendation of a pheromone product not made by Andriotics - no disrespect to the company - it’s just for curiosity
-Also nothing else I’ve read about pheromones indicates that the science of it all is advanced enough to be able to predict particular behavioural responses like “a lighter, funner mood” vs. “really sexy”. I thought it was just there was one or two chemicals that attracted others, if they can even identify who is attracting them. Nowhere I can see on the website are the ingredients of the different products listed - how does it all work? What phereomones go into what product to achieve these different results?
I’m really interested in this whole thing. This site seems much more advanced than others I looked at - I just want some more info.
This forum is owned and operated by Androtics SmartMones and in my opinion they are not at all biased. They allow users to post about their experiences with their products regardless if those are positive or negative. They even let you post about other companies products. The only thing they will censor if you talk about wholesaler pheromone suppliers.
We are all researchers freely taking part in this global research process and as such the science behind the pheromones here at PheroTalk is our first hand experiences from using said products. When I first started I was pretty skeptical myself, but now I ring the bell in favor of pheromone usage.
Androtics do not list all the ingredients in their products for a couple of reasons: 1) Proprietary blends that other companies desperately want to get their hands on 2) Since this is a research forum Androtics likes the user to trial the pheromone and conclude what it does for them without stock captions about it’s potential reactions. The products that have been tested and a joint consensus reached therein have been named and a description about its use will be posted. The experimental mixes and Putatives are without descriptions, but are also for serious users only.

I may not be able to answer all your questions as I am a bit of a newcomer here too, but I will have a go. Yes, this forum is linked to a particular store and maker of pheromones. But, like the icon says, at the top of the page it is “Live and Uncensored” I have seen countless posts about other products, and to my knowledge posts praising competitors and even providing links to their sites are never deleted.
As for recommending competing products, that’s a bit hard for me as I am not a guy and a lot of the male products out there are no use to me at all.
And yes, you are quite right! Pheromones are not all about attraction or influencing the feelings of others - This comes into it, of course, but there are pheros available, for example, that help to lift your own mood and that of others. For example, on this site, Instant Shine, Instant Honesty, and Instant Openness. The only product I have tried sold by other phero websites is aimed at women, so it probably wouldn’t interest you much!
In fact, from the little experience I have, I have already realised that I value the effect the pheromones I use have on ME, more than I value any effect they have on others - and I know a lot of the others here feel the same.
This site belongs to Androtics, but if you read around you’ll see references to a competitor site called “Love Scent”, and you’ll find references to their products all over. Those would be “NPA” New Pheromone Additive, “SoE” Scent of Eros, “TE” The Edge, a diluted version of NPA, “EoW”, Essence of Woman, and others. There are a lot of sites on the internet selling pheromones, but a lot of them are scams. This site sells only high quality goods. Love Scent is also a legitimate site.

Not 100 per cent sure on this as I am not from the US and am not absolutely certain what FDA legislature might cover. But, knowing it is food and drug administration. I would hazard that pheros are not considered to fall into either the “food” or the “drug” category and so will not be covered.

Jasmine: I’m interested in pheromones for basic confidence boosting, getting the responses I want from other people, and - as a guy - to get girls to like me more, and to enjoy their time with me.
None of this has been a massive problem in the past - I just figured that if this works, it would be stupid not to use it.

As stated above we do talk about other products here. I buy most of mine here because Androtic products are my favorites but I also shop at Love scent as well and love a few of there products Like Edge and scent of eros and of course EOW. I have bought from a few other places but not with great results so I guess they dont get mentioned much till someone asks about those products.
Mones are considered cosmetic so the FDA dosnt come into play here. If you explore the forum you can usually find out what is in certain products but they dont post it all in the store probably to protect there products and mixes.
Most companies use one or two of the main mones in there mixes which are none or nols but there are more then those 2. People do react slightly differently from each other when wearing them but in the forum we try to zero it down to what each one basically does for 90% of users. In Androtics the “puratives” are suspected mones which advanced users test and try to determine if they do anything or not. You can also get different reactions by mixing products together and those are the “experimental test mixes” Or you can make your own mix with the " experimone series". The main line is listed in the Mens and Womens sections of the store. Love scent also has there proven consumer products listed this way. These are already tested and reliable mixes that work for most people.
One of the reasons I love Androtics is for one the products work for me and two, they offer small to-go bottles so I can see if I like something before investing in a large bottle. To me that shows a certain confidence in there product because they know its a quality effective product and you will come back for more after using the to-go bottle.
Just keep in mind that mones are subtle. Dont expect them to change your world just enhance it. Good Luck
I find I like Chikara (L-S) and Scent of Eros (L-S), which are not Androtics products. Other faves are Ammunition, a314, Instant Honesty, and I’m starting to like some of the Experimones and Putatives from Androtics. Note that a314 is an Androtics product, but also sold at Love-Scent (special version).
I’ve had mixed results with Alter Ego (L-S). Poor results with Perception (L-S).
Plan to pick up PheroProof (distributed by Androtics), and just aquired Aquagen (L-S) but haven’t checked it out yet in depth.
