Im 47 people guess my age as late 30’s
I got IS and Ammo
Any one have any recommendations for dosing?

Looks like we are in a similar position. I’m also 47 but get assumed to be in my 30s - which is quite nice at times. 
You have a good pair of pheros to start-off with that should soon get you results.
Dosing is difficult but I’d suggest you go with one spray of Ammo and two sprays IS to begin with.
You don’t say the ages of the women you are interested in and that is important. Even though our none production falls as we age, younger women tend to be most responsive to a lower dose of none and more socials compared to older. So by the time they hit their 30s, you can probably expect to need a higher dose and at our age, we can use the most overt none/high status mixes around women over 30 in ways that younger guys have a lot more difficulties with.
Pretty much looking for the 30 something lady so 2x2?..
Tonight I did 3 spays of ammo to the upper chest and 2 sprays of IS to the wrists and forearms..
The younger under 30 lady’s strayed off while the 30 something year old kept coming around and sitting by me.. Was not at a very busy place.. so its what I had to work with LOL
Yes - that’s more or less what I’d expect for guys our age and Ammo. The dose might be more widely attractive in a more raunchy/wilder environment (club/party etc) and something like IO, IH or IG might also moderate somewhat around younger women but if it is hitting the mark in 30+ women, then you are well on your way. Another thing that I’ve found useful around 30+ is to add a single spray of TUTH - That ups the none proportion and sexual steering but still retains some social balancing from the Ammo. Effectively it raises the none proportion to 2:1:1 - which is similar to some of the more overt competition.
Once you have your basic dose, it might be an idea to move up to the 2x or “Heavy” version of Ammo - Its a good economy/scent control measure as much as anything but it is best to find your feet with the 1x first.
I forgot to mention the Younger female in her very early 20’s is normally very huggy and kissy with me always glancing when she thinks im not looking.. Got none of that last night..
the 30 something year old was also becoming very solidly interested.. I think it might have been scaring her though I know her for about 8 months and I think she was wondering what was up with herself.. I also noticed when I came into the place and sat by her she started speaking in a very excited / happy manor about five minutes after I sat by her started really using her hands while she was speaking, something she normally never does.
Yes, this is all good responses - and even the negative ones tell you something. Also remember that none responses can be more negative around the time of the month.
Either a lower dose of Ammo (so 2 sprays sounds good) &/or some extra social moderation would be useful here.
As you know them both already, IH would be a goer IMO and personally I prefer IH/IS over IO as a good happy social moderator that also has close and bonding properties. IO is a good icebreaker but can be a bit quantity over quality where more mature guys are concerned. IH/IS gets to the point, with considerable pleasure. It may also help ease her into her new perception of you.
