I recommend IS - it minimizes anxiety in me and boosts up my mood.
CTTM is a good social. It makes people around me more outgoing, talkative and more social all around. It’s a good ice breaker.
I guess my targets are 25 - 45. Wide ranging because I am open to older woman. I am an initial shy, introvert type until comfortable then I can be very open. Confident in my own skin but cautious as to opening myself to another person especially at a bar or club. A fan of athletic and confident woman. Just want to be able to understand pheromones and how it works. And hopefully learn to be a more social person in different settings.

Welcome to the site. I would look into the Men’s Ultimate Kit as you would get everything you need to get started and a whole lot more. I love how you have a wide range of targets which is a very good thing as more will be open to you and the kit will do really well for you because women at 25 and 45 like different things and signatures. The kit covers everything. I sill still list a few that you will get the most starting out if you just want a few to try.
One of the key things is to work on the shyness to get the maximum benefit of these things.
1. IO This is an ice breaker and good for opening people up. The approach I have found is one of the hardest things for me to do and this helps with that big time. I would try on your neck/throat area so it also helps you open up as well for to get the most out of this one. This should help open people up to you.
2. Ammo This is the main one you want for attraction. Very nice cologne scent and balanced to. Great for day use to. has pheromones in it for attraction, status, and comfort.
3. IS This will top everything off. This will boost your confidence and put everyone in a great mood. Like putting a fresh coat of wax on a nice car. Good for any situation to.
