I am 45, live in Toronto, Canada. I have tried pheromones in the past but did not see any results even with women I new liked me and felt comfortable. Yeah pheromones is an intricate science and some companies will just throw the pheros in the bottle (or none at all) in crazy dosages that may or may not work.

Thank you very much for the break down. I have been with my gf for several years and sex has gone down from her end so more sex is always good lol, but good conversations, bonding are equally important. How to use these perfumes? Can they be mixed or sprayed in the same place? How effective are they? Should I expect a noticeable difference with my gf? What happens in other social settings such as in the office or with friends? I apologize if my questions have been answered else where and thank you once again before hand.
Start with 1 product and use 1 spray or drop. The next day 2 sprays or drops until you find the dose that gives you the most consistent effects. A product like Ammo, Tuth, if possible I recommend a day off between applications just while you are testing its effects the first time because it can last a day and add to the next day effects. Once a product is tested and you know the best doses, you can also add another product to a different app point in combination.
Pheromones can create effects on others in any location such as work, with friends, or romantically. It depends on the pheromones you apply and the dosage you apply as to the effects you will see. Create a free journal in the mens journal section so others can follow and assist with your questions, and let you document your results. Read others journals to get an idea how the pheromones worked for them.

If you got the sprays, yes you kind of use them just like you would cologne. The best thing to do is spray on anywhere that gets body heat pretty much like you neck, wrists or back of hands, and some like IShine I would try in your hair on your head for max effects with that one for a big impact because it washes out of hair really easy unlike say Ammo or TUTH. The key is body heat to make them effective.
You can mix them and layer them if you like. This is a common practice I use. Starting out I would keep them separate until you have each one dialed in for dose before you do this so you have any idea of how it will work for you. There are a bunch of techniques and the key is to just have fun with it and every day can be an adventure! I will typically put my spray mones on first and let them set for 5-10 minutes and then spray my cover scent(cologne which is typically ADG) over my spray mones and this has been the most effective for me so far. You will have to experiment with this to see what you like best and I have seen where some like there cover scent first, then there spray mones over this. Starting out I would not get to hung up on any of this and just test solo until you get your best dose down then try a few different things with some of your favorite ones as far as a cover scent and different app points.
SA far as a noticeable difference it may take a few tries to get things right, but if you get the Ammo 2-3 sprays should get you right in the ballpark and will set the stage, all you will have to do is act on it and you may be surprised on how well it goes.
Where things really shine for me is work more than any other area of my life and then social settings, and then the wife. People that know you already have an idea in there mind already of how they perceive you(including you GF) and sometimes it can take a little more time to change there perception of you and this is why pheromones are part of a much bigger package which is you changing into how you want things for your life and how you want to be perceived and where you want thins to go.
So for work I would start with either IG or A314 and I will give an example with A314 because this is my most used one.
I would start with say 1 or 2 drops for the first week at work, and then have a small notepad and jot down some interactions during the week and then look at that and then adjust your dosage, or say look for common things like if people are to serious can be a common thing with high A314 doses, so may the next week try IShine with it and note all your interactions and then again at the end of the work week see what you may need to change and so on.

Pheromones are naturally output from our bodies already all the time and generalized the more basic molecules such as those products are therefore usable around anyone. You already are effecting them with the same molecules, just in smaller amounts. They effect the young just as the old, the effects may differ based on age and race.
The signature used should be in line with your audience… I wouldnt wear high sexual mixes to church or to a kids party for example… I bet kids will listen more with A314 on though, or tell you what really happened when using IH
As pheromones do interact with body chemistry, you might want to refrain from testing advanced molecules around them where the effects are not yet well known.
