Hello everyone! Im very have to find this forum and hope to find here what Im looking for. Im very new to pheromones and would like to try them out and see how they work for me. I’m 36yo Russian, living in the Netherlands. I can describe myself as quiet and shy person with very weak social skills. This has been a huge problem for me all my life. I have always had problems interacting with people unless they are my family or friends. I would like to find a pheromone that would help me to raise my self-confidence, make me more outgoing and help to attract other people. I would also like to try something to make me feel free and flirty in with men. Tank you

You are in the right place. Pheromones are no magic spells, but they certainly work. I would take a look at the Female Wardrobe to start as you will have everything needed for your goals you listed. The kit will have IS/A and IS/B which is the Instant Sexiness series and you will want to test both and see which is the better fit. This is important because this will more than likely be your main pheromone you use.
The kit also has 3 socials IShine, IO, and IH.
IShine After you test both the IS/A and IS/B, I would look at testing this one. This will boost your confidence and put everyone in a good mood and will definitely set the stage for things. Will give you a vibrant boost as well and set the stage for the others to work IMO.
IO An ice breaker and good for approachability. Will get people very chatty and a good to start things off.
IH This is more deep and bonding than IO. Will give you a trust worthy vibe and make conversations more meaningful. Good to also get that trust worthy vibe.
Now with the GC the female wardrobe is $75, but I encourage you to spend another $25 and the reason is you may qualify for the weekly freebie which is a single molecule worth around $30. So I would look into MX300 for you as it is like A314 for men, but this is for women. This will boost your confidence and will complete everything in the female wardrobe.

It is always best to solo test everything before throwing a bunch of stuff together, and I would start with the IS/A and IS/B and wear the better fitting one as this will be the main driving pheromone for your goal of attraction.
Then after you test all of them I would try say IS/B and IShine in a combo and see what you think.
Then I would try the IO with your IS/B and IShine combo. The IO is good to start with to get people to open up. Then to make things more meaningful and not just chatty either add some IH or swap out the IO for IH.

This is a wonderful place with very helpful people here.
So as Justin has already suggested, go with socials first & look in female wardrobe.
Start with one spray of a product at a time & be aware how it makes you feel. Then add more spray of the product & feel it. in beginning do 2-3 sprays maximum. So you know how they work & do not OD.(overdose)
Then find sweet spot of each product. in 2-3 days of using one product you will know where you are getting best results. This could be very personal. like 1 spray is good or 3 sprays are good for you.
Next find Isa or Isb testing to know which is towards your natural signature.
I am more of a ISa person. Its is like Angelina Jolie and Isb is Marlin Monroe
Both are sexy & confident , but one is more alpha & another is kittenish & girly.
For confidence & respect at the same time. mx300 works so well. Try it alone & then go mixing.
