Hello I’m marina and I’m 29and live in San Antonio. Alittle about my personality, I’m shy until you get to know me. I used to be very confident when I worked but since I’ve been out of work to care for my disabled child I’ve inverted and don’t want to even look at guys in the face. I also gained weight and have been dealing with some depression. I hope to regain my confidence back and be able to talk to men the way I used to. Maybe someone can give me some pointers on being confident. Thank you.
Hey Marina! How are you? Not to deter from the topic but I have a tendency to help people based on my situations. I used to have depression. Have you tried vitamin b? It did wonders for me. I am just throwing it out there though. You would like to gain confidence and feel good. No problem! We are all here to help. Have you tried mones before? And firstly how did you hear about this forum? Instant sexiness is a top pic for the ladies- it will help you. Make sure you make an effort to show someone you are interested though- then the mones will do rest. I actually just started b12 a couple of days ago. Working out seems to help I just really have to push myself to get out of the house. Thanks for your advice. I really want to try pheromones to build my confidence back up. I do need to put myself out there and show im interested.

I feel for your situation. Staying at home and focussing on one task for so long must be very draining. As you know you will need other fixes for clinical depression, but I hope that the pheromones’ feel-good factor can give you a boost on your way back to total confidence.

Thanks for the advice. Im on edge about getting back on antidepressants. I felt great on them but $70 a month is a lot of $$$. Working out seems to be getting by for now.

We should be confident no matter how we look and what things we were born with but that doesn’t mean you stop working and improving on yourself
In the end there will always be someone prettier and smarter and faster and a better cook etc so if you are happy with you it will also encourage others to be happy with you as well
It took me a long time to learn this and don’t be fooled by my looks , I had insecurities by the millions because of my parents
