Question how pheros worked can be a individual story of every user. It can be searched to here on this forum . There are multiple threads on same.

For increasing respect at workplace you can start with IH and IS . There are more advanced products under MX section but there usually not recommended for new users. Also advanced products don’t come with money-back guarantee.
I would suggest you to start with IH and IS. this will develop your faith on others .

Like spectrum said, the pheromones work but it can be a little different for everyone. Some products work better for some people than others based on personal chemistry. But they certainly do work. The other half of that equation is to not have unrealistic expectations about what they will and will not do for you. I tend to think of them as subtle hints and if I have my stuff together, people will act accordingly.

As far as the female version of A314 - let me do some research and get back to you.

If you are on the top, and you wanna engage the male-dominated executive side of the workplace, I will recommend the MX300. But you have to test it first before using it with them male execs. :slight_smile:

Welcome to the site! Yes MX300 is in order here and is like A314, but for women. I would like to hear more on your personality and some details about the work environment like the age range of everyone and if it more women or men. This way I can really help you dial in something great!

IF anything else I would definitely check out the Female Wardrobe as it will have everything you need to get started including the IShine, and IH that was mentioned already. I would look into this kit and add MX300 and you will have everything you need to get started and for your goals.
