Would then suggest you to start with AMMO + IS.
Start with 2 sprays each, and then adjust doses as per results.
Grab a TOGO of TUTH too. If you are at a place where Heat is already on, CLUBS/Bar at night, or with your girl (who is mentally and physically comfortable with you) spray 1 spray of TUTH. Its best use is to remove last minute hesitations.

with the 39.95 bottle how many sprays does that contain in it?

On an average, 30 ml bottle gives 200 sprays. and 5ml togo bottle gives 40 sprays.

You should receive an order confirmation by email right after the order. And receive a tracking number once your order get shipped (which can take a few days depending on the size and complexity of your order).
