From asian country what are recommendations for it ? As not much info are on this topic, i heard (P83 , P74 work wonders on asian girls) gonna get either P83 or P74 and maybe 1 more pheros.

I agree with Soni that the consumer line products will be better for you. The putatives are experimental pheromones, and the company doesn’t post an official description of them. They are designed for users to experiment on their own and come up with their own descriptions. For this reason, they are best reserved after you use the consumer line products and get to see pheromones in action.
TUTH may or may not be suitable for you, depending on your goals and age. Ammo and Summer Ammo might be better suited, depending on the age group you want to attract and the situations you want to use them in. Instant Gentleman might also be an appropriate product for respect and status similar to A314. But, again, this would depend on what your goals are and the situation. Welcome to the site. I can totally understand about the cost. A314 is available in the spray version as well that is closer to around $20. They have A314A and A314B with B being a softer version. The men’s start pack does include the A314 spray. With the $25 GC the kit would be around $125 plus shipping to Singapore. This IMO would be your best bet even though it is slightly over your budget. The reason being is you get everything to try and then you can reorder what you like best. Economically is a great bargain. But I will give you some others options to and the must haves I think .

Ammo for attraction and a good standalone and really balanced product. Nice scent to. Pairs really nice with IS.

OK now to answer your questions
Putatives are single molecule pheromones. The consumer line is a mix of pheromones that are put together and have been tested and proven to work when worn right. Putatives do work but you are best sticking with the consumer line for now to get the results you are looking for.
P74 there are lots of reports on and works for bonding and happiness and P83 I am not sure, but I know there are lots of reports if you try the search button.
Oil is the best way to go. But with your budget and A314 being the only oil product you will have to go with the spray. With the spray it will just diffuse faster is all meaning it wont last quite as long and I would start low on dosage also because of this.
The togo 5ML bottles have around 40 sprays in them and the bigger 30ML bottle have around 200. With most products try 1 to 2 sprays then increase as needed.
IG I hear works great with Asians and you will try to search around to see what else works.
Luckily, a lot of users on this forum have already researched the best products to attract asians. The guys above gave you awesome advice. You can also use the search function of this forum to read great posts that have been written on this subject in the past.
As far as the fallout is concerned, see it as everybody’s El Dorado or holy grail. Everybody talks about it, but nobody found it .

The GC has no expire date I am pretty sure. The Alpha is the stronger one and better suited for work I think. The B you could probably steer towards other things like dating and possibly social a lot easier than the A version. A314 takes a lot of patience and experience to turn into sexual or social and Mobocaster seems a master of this and you can see this in his journal.
The sprays you will have nor problem at all with humidity. You will just have to reapply every 3-4 hours or so instead of every 5-6. They are still very effective. And actually being hot and humid make them even more effective and they just diffuse faster and this is why you need to reapply more often. You need body heat to diffuse these things and is one of the most important parts of the process.
I am glad you have a lot of options and think this is important so you can get what fits what you are looking for and your budget. With everyone’s help I am sure you have what you need to make the best choice for you.
I am not trying to discourage about using putatives, they just prefer newer members to start with the consumer line as they are proven to work. But I still encourage you to browse around especially in the journals you will find good info on them.
