As far as how much they cost check it out on the smartmones.com website. Link in the upper right corner of this page. How long they last depends on whether you get the 5 ml or 30 ml size and how many sprays you use each time. You can go through a 5 ml size pretty quick experimenting.

thanks! i was looking at the store website and saw that io and ih were $20 each, is the size for both 5mL or 30mL because it said the bottles had 200 sprays each. but on the choose strength it says 5mL only
At the $20.00 price you are talking the 5ml size. The 200 sprays are for the 30 ml size. I know - their storefront is a little confusing now as they are only selling the 5 ml sizes for some things (for the most part) but part of the store still reads for the larger size.
