Basically I am a 27 years old shy man and find it hard to strike conversation with stranger or even in meeting or large amount of people and i wish phermones can help me with this. of cos also with able to talk to opps sex and they strike conversation to me and get close to me. and hope amno and instant shine can help me in this. appreciate someone expertise can suggest on the other phermones that can improve myself of the above.
OK. Pheros won’t do it all for you of course and you will have to take some steps to get out there and overcome your shyness - but together, that and pheros will help you a lot.
In addition to Ammo and IS, you should certainly look at IO -That is mainly alphanol and a good phero to help break the ice with people as it helps promote a light/bubbly feeling, with flowing conversation. It may also help loosen your own tounge.
After that, when you are getting to know someone better, IH can also be useful as it can help deepen conversation and promote closeness/bonding feelings - Steering IH with IS also helps keep things on the happy track.
You may well find a “Test Mix” included with your Ammo and that is very likely to be TAA-based, whch is the main component of IS. Although AD would like you to test this on its own first, it can also be used alongside Ammo in a similar way to IS. If you compare the MX number with those in the MX Test forum, you should find some more info on it and its properties but they have been getting a bit ahead of themselves recently.

The first thing to remember about these products is that they are not magic. Women will not fall out of the trees into your lap. Nor will they make and shyness disappear.
What pheros will do is give you an edge in social situations. But that means you have to be socially engaged with people - talking to and interacting with them. so maybe just knowing you have the pheros on and helping will make you more aggressive (in a positive sense) which is a good thing.
The pheros do not however guarantee the results. That is entirely up to you. and who you are dealing with. You can come across absolutely stunning and desireable but if the girl is in love with someone else, even if he is a loser, she will not run off with you because you are wearing these products.
That being said - I think Mobo’s recommendation of Ammo, IShine and IO is right on. It is exactly what I recommend to guys who are a little shy.
Ammo will up your sexy factor.
IO will help you get those intial conversations going.
Ishine will help people around you feel happy to be near you.
But again the real work will be up to you.

Mickaelia is round every day or two to issue them personally, usually within 24 hrs but sometimes a little longer if she’s busy.
Check your inbox and your spam filter - sometimes GCs get caught. She will post on this thread to confirm issue.
Nope - Treat each one as a layer, spray one at a time and leave a minute or two between each layer for the alcohol to evaporate.
OD is not the same for socials and much less of a problem. What happens here is that after a prolonged period of exposure to (usually) high-doses &/or topups, you can feel a bit tired/burned-out/drained/emtionally flat or have a headache. Some electrolyte replacing drink, a bit of food and sometimes a little rest from the whirl will keep you going just fine.
However, this is highly unlikely to happen at the doses you are going to be starting-off with but do be aware that self effects from IS/socials are usually most pronounced on the first few occasions you wear them and will settle down nicely after a few exposures.
Your subjects may respond to social OD by talking your ears-off, but this is not always a bad thing!

in this case, i do not have to kind of left spray ammo, right spray is, middl spray io i supposed cos i thought it might be this way.
for the OD you mentioned, if using ammo, the od effect should not take so fast to effect only till the prolonged exposure? from what i read, 2-3 spray is the optimtial for the normal strength. may i know the optiml spray for ammo with is and maybe io too.

You should be fine by just layering them over each other - There is a bit of discussion on which goes best in what order certainly but with the instants, you will get good results whatever you adopt.
It also helps if you don’t get too hung-up on application points - so long as they have good circulation beneath them and are exposed to the air for good diffusion, you should be fine.
No, Ammo is different because it contains none. A none OD is usually much more obvious and fast - People will either avoid you outright or get narky with you quickly.
You will need to do your own tests with Ammo to find what dose works for you - See the thread on using mones I linked earlier. There is no way we can tell you what an optimal dose is as your own body chemistry/phero output and personality plays an important part here. I would seriously suggest you start with one spray and follow Steve’s guide.
For IS/IO however, two sprays is not an unreasonable starting point and very few report problems at that dose.
for Putative P91 FF21, May I know the smell of FF21. is it good and nice?
That’s the same scent as standard Ammo A fresh, clean, astringent scent - some love it, some hate it - there is a lot of discussion about its relative merits and whilst I don’t like it because it can irritate me, I can’t deny it is a very effective diffuser.
