The Io and IH mixes will do well for you also. The IO will have you and everyone around talking comfortably. The IH will do the same, but has the added benefit of getting them to tell you their most intimate secrets!

Hi Alex,

Since you 25 ,always start with lower doses (remember less is better when comes to mones),
For attracting young girls : start with AMMO 1x max 2 sprays to start with. you can also try o AMMO summer.
for confidence : try IS . lower doses to start with.
