my goal with pheromones is to gain confidence to talk to girls and then when i talk to them they will be attracted to me and want to talk back and then obviously that would spark a relationship haha or even girls coming up to me.
so theres my goal and i hope thats achievable. heres some stuff about me im 17 and im kinda new to pheromones i have looked at some of the stuff on the forum so i know a bit about them and what they do now i do have a question on a mix i might get please tell me if you’ve tried it and the results you got or recommend a mix for my goal.

IJ, ive been recommending it a lot to the guys with problems approaching girls. ive tried everything from IO to spaceland to help me get over my approach anxiety, the only thing that works for me is IJ, instant jerk
i get in a mood of not caring what anyone thinks and i have no fears of approaching and talking to girls. mix this with IO or IH which gets people talking and you have a solid mix. I do suggest adding ammo to this mix
ammo is the basic attraction pheremone. i wore it to school one day (with a few other things) and as im wlaking down the side walk i see one cute girl on the phone turn to me and start staring. i figured it was cause i was the only person there, but about 30 ft later it happens with another girl
ammo turns heads and gives off the vibe of the sexy guy. you will have a lot of eye contact and interest from girls. IO will get them talking, and IJ will get you talking
be careful with ammo and IJ, try only 1s of each. if it works well, then go to 2 sprays but i dont recommend any more than that at your age.
IO is a social pheremone that buffers the other two. I recommend no less than 2 sprays of IO when you use it

Ammo is the best stand alone pheromone for attraction. At your age you are already producing enough none so if you do purchase this buy the x1 version and only use 1 spray at a time. This phero will give you confidence, approachability and some respect.
Another good confidence builder is IShine. This phero will make you feel great and also the people you are hanging out with. This phero is also a good to eradicate shyness.
I would definitely purchase the togo bottles of the social pheromones as they really help to aid the attraction of ammo.
I have found IG great if you want to come off as a laid back, cool kind of guy and you really are perceived as more mature and capable but not as intense as the Alpha male of A314.
Hey there, kissrock! Thanks for posting and welcome to the mone forum! Confidence… I think that IG would give that to you in a cool and collected vibe that it gives off.
AMMO gets me a boost in certainty to be in my own skin, look others in the eye, a spunkiness, feeling of sexual confidence. Others will have an attracted vibe.
IShine is a good one for a content or happiness, with others feeling at ease with you. The relaxed self effect is also good with confidence.
So, several ways to get confidence in yourself with the mones, though these will only be a signal to yourself and others around you. They are the spark and you need to bring the flame!!

When it comes to gaining confidence the mones will help with that. In my experience IS and AMMO give me the best results for a confidence boost. But seeing that you are 17 you need to be careful with the AMMO. As one of the other guys said, when you are young you produce a good amount of -none.
If money isn’t a concern you might want to check out A314. I don’t have enough personal experience with it to tell you first hand what it does, but there are a lot of valuable info in the threads here on A314.
The mix that you are looking into is a pretty good mix, but I would look at testing each on out individually before trying them together. That way you can get a good base line on each one.
You are pretty young so you already are producing a good amount of pheromones and should be careful with pheromones like tuth and IJ that has a lot of none.
The suggestions for Ammo and the instant lines are on point. I would use these products carefully and try to learn more from the experienced guys on this forum on how to improve on my skills.
