I’m a college student studying in Southern California and I have always been interested in the pheromone community because I enjoy sampling and purchasing different types of colognes. I’m going to be honest and say that I do not know much about pheromones at all so any help to get me started would be greatly appreciated. I’m mostly in this to 1. increase my own confidence and 2. give myself the ability to turn a few female heads when I’m walking around campus. I’m naturally a shy guy and don’t stand out much so I figure I’ll take whatever help I can get. I enjoy working out in my free time and have been lifting for around two years.
A few questions I have:
What are some pheromones which would be a good starting point for myself?
Am I still able to use cologne with pheromones or will the scent totally change?

Well starting off I’m kinda new to the pheromones but I’ve already learned a lot reading up.
For starters on your question to increase your confidence I highly recommend using Instant Shine!!! It gives people a boost by making them feel more opportunistic and upbeat! This can also help lighten the mood when others are around you.
For your second question, pheromones are not some magic potion that will make girls flock to you like your gold . Phermones are like clothes that will help enhance what you already have or help strengthen what you lack. Considering you work out I assume that your in pretty good shape, meaning appearance wise your probably off to a good start. For your shyness I recommend getting a pheromone that helps with your social experience. I would recommend Instant Openness which will help others be more inclined to talk to you. With this its on you to keep conversations going. Remember body language is also important. Now if you want a Phermone that helps you seem like an alpha male to others I recommend Instant Gentlemen, which helps promote a respectful nice alpha male! If you want something that’s well rounded try AMMO this product has 3 main human pheromones all balanced out so it helps give you a sexy attractive vibe, but like mentioned before clothes and body language have to work with this vibe.

I would like to point out that although mones are the catalyst and tools to help and assist you in being open, the main component is still you as the user and person who propels the effects of mones.

Go for socials with a pinch of -none based products. At 20, you are better off with socials such as IH and IO.
Should you decide to use Ammo and TUTH, do so sparingly.

They changes the diffusion of mones. You can still use them, the effects of mones will not change but how they go about affecting the user and the environment will change. This is more towards the mechanics and workings of diffusion in terms of the mones.
Xjrayderx and oasis have already given you good advice so mostly just going to say hi(^^)You must be in pretty good shape if you work out quite a lot.Like they both said,pheromones work pretty well but they are just a tool that helps and boosts your skills rather than replaces them.they will help with your confidence and shyness but would still be good to look into some books on conversation like leil lowndes and pickup like david deangelo.This links cool for explaining what you can expect when using them(^^)
For the questions,they have already been answered but for pheromones.Increasing your own confidence and helping with the shyness,i agree that instant shine and instant openness will help.Instant shine will give you a fun,confident vibe and instant openness will make you more approachable and people more chatty.For turning female heads,ammo or instant gentleman will be good depending whether your going for a sexy cool vibe or a more alpha vibe.You may want to be careful with ammo though since your working out as its easy to od.You can use your own cologne with most of them.Wouldnt recommend it with ammo though since the smell is quite strong.All the best and hope things go well for you.Looking forward to hearing more from you.
Thanks for the reply guys! I’m not expecting a magical formula which will instantly get me all the ladies (if there were one, everyone would be on it). I don’t have a problem talking with girls, it’s just the initial meeting part which brings out my shyness at times. Other times, I simply just don’t know what to talk about.
I’ve been reading around and I think Ammo will help with the shyness by giving me that confidence boost. I’m not sure what will help with the actual talking part as I don’t want to go on blabbering forever. What did you guys mean when you said that it’s easy to OD because I work out?

Haha,yeah.I would definitely buy it if there was a formula like that(:-p)Hmm,thats usually what instant openness is good for since it works as an icebreaker and gets the conversation going.The other person also will do a lot of the talking sometimes at higher dosages.If you want deeper conversation with not so much small talk,you could try with instant honesty instead.
Lol,the none in ammo and tuth is a byproduct of testosterone so when your working out your testosterone is usually higher so you need a lot less to get the desired effects.Too much of it can cause intimidation or ghosting.Ammo is definitely a good all rounder,not sure if it gives a confidence boost though but it definitely gets you more attention(^_^)All the best and hope things go well for you.

First of all, it seems like IO and IH are two that I am definitely going to try to see if they help with my conversations with the opposite sex. I was wondering if there is any distinct scent with the two or if I will be fine wearing cologne with them (I do love my Green Irish Tweed).
Secondly, how do you guys think Ammo or TUTH will work in a party setting for a guy who works out? I’ve seen many threads regarding the two but not much on their standalone capabilities in conjunction with higher testosterone from lifting. I’m just starting out so I’m most likely not going to buy 4-5 mones and mix them together until I have some success with trying a few standalone.

IO and IH are both in neroli scent by default so they are pretty easy to cover and arent that noticeable once they dry down.Could even cover them with ammo,a lot of people think its smells like green irish tweed so you will probably like the smell but haven’t used that before so cant compare.Generally everything except ammo and a314 are pretty mild and easily covered.
Ammo will work pretty well for parties and is a good standalone.Though i still like throwing some instant shine or instant openness into it.Shine for a more positive vibe and openness for easier icebreaking.TUTH by itself is not usually a good idea.The vibe that it gives off would be quite sexual in nature and can put some girls off if you dont buffer it.I workout quite a lot and can usually get away with 1 spray of ammo,2 is an od already.Havent tried tuth by itself yet but 1 ammo+1 tuth was also an od for me(>>)The higher testosterone usually isn’t that drastic,you will just have to find your sweet spot for dosage and use less sprays.If you overdose on even 1 spray though,then instant gentleman would probably be a better bet for you but if you can then ammo with maybe instant shine or instant openness is good enough and will fit in your gift certificate.(^^)All the best and hope things go well for you(^_^)

This is the first time I’m making a purchase like this so I want to make sure I have everything set and thought out before I click “checkout” in the store.
I might also switch to purely “scentless” (I know there is still a light scent) come wintertime since I usually switch to sweeter-smelling colognes. Who knows…if this stuff works as well as some say I might never use colognes again =D
Haha,no worries.Its always fun to answer questions.Im not as experienced as some of the others though so can be wrong sometimes(><)Hmm,the difference would probably just be that with IO,it would be more of social mix and people would be more talkative and would be good for hanging out with friends.Also is good if your shy as other people will do more of the talking and you will feel more chatty.With instant shine,its more of a subtle effect because it makes the people around you feel good and makes conversation generally more positive.They are both good and lots of people find all three together work well too(^^)
Haha,its pretty expensive to get no scent at all.Generally neroli is the mildest scent of the lot.If ammo is too strong,they have a lightly scented option but its an extra 15 dollars.Haha,you just might.I tend to use ammo instead of cologne now.Although im considering trying a few of the other scents for experimentation(^^)All the best and hope things go well for you(><)You may want to wait for your gift certificate first though before making your first order though so you can fit more in.Mickaelia is usually pretty fast with them but she does them in order so can sometimes be a bit longer.You could also pm her if your worried she missed yours,but would probably wait till its been 5 days first.
I placed an order of ammo last night with the gc so hopefully it’ll arrive tomorrow since I live in Socal. Just a random thought I had: has anyone tried ammo with a314 or have any idea what the effect would be like? I’m thinking it would be way overdoing it but then again, some people might also have had success with the combination.

Yes, I did search before I asked, however searching for ammo and a314 brought up numerous logs with different combinations than what I was looking for (there were many threads of people discussing ammo + io/is which were flagged in my search). I’m most likely not going to combine the both anyway since I looked at the standalone effects of a314 and am simply not interested in women who want to settle down at this age.
