Based on the lack of information so far, I suggest you look into the following. Ammo - general masculine sexy vibe, great on its own, awesome in combination with most everything. Instant Shine, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty - the so called “socials”. Each very good as a standalone, but they really shine on top of products like Ammo, A314, IG.
Also, have a good browse around the forum and read some “sticky” threads, especially here and in Women’s and Men’s sections. Lots of knowledge gathered there to help you avoid silly mistakes at the beginning. Dosages, application points, what the results are and how to recognize them etc.

I recently graduated and now live in London for my job, I work at a large multinational IT company (they are a household name).
I’m currently with my GF for the last three years. the relationship is going great and i am very happy. some of my aspirations from the relationship is to spice up the sex life a little with new experiences.
I am socially active person with friends from work and outside of work, i would say my strengths are my enthusiasm and talkative nature. i do go out to the clubs at times with my friends and without the GF, i do miss being chased by girls and the harmless flirting and would like to use mones to get that going again.

Well, for work I would certainly recommend the A314. It gives a great sense of comfort and I use it quite regularely with good effects.
For the “chasing girls”, I use Ammo when I go shopping. Girls seem to be way more happy behind the counter, tend to make some smalltalk with me and sometimes even cannot get stop chasing me. Most of them though just look at me when I pass by, even when they have headphones on and tend to ignore me
For your girlfriend and to spice up your sexual activities, I would recommend TUTH. That one is a great one to fire up her engine again, and is quite the sexual attractant. I do note that you should start slow and slowly ramp it up, it can quickly become “too hot” for her if you spray too much though. Normally 2-4 sprays of the regular spray is enough to get her heated up. Note however that it is not a magic potion and requires also a bit of help from you to get her engine started, but after that the fuel will make her burn like hell

Really useful information, glad to hear that you are getting real results with these products as I’ve heard of from many others in this forum too. This is my first time entering the world of pheromones and I admit I am a bit sceptical, hopefully I will get similar results and become a believer.

mrseeker is spot on the recommendations for work, for sexlife with GF, and for harmless flirting. Work - For a professional its A314 all the way. I’d say the oil is best as its most subtle, lowest scent, most cost effective overall, longest lasting on the skin and longest lasting per application but the sprays are a useful try-out.
Harmless flirting - MX 297, a superb social/engaging mix without a sexual element, so to make it not so harmless, add some TUTH. For more all-round flirting, Ammo and Instant Shine is hard to beat.
