Disclaimer: This intro written under the influence of two sprays of day old (not washed off) Ammo x2.
Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I’m Ice9. 
I’ve been lurking here pretty intensively for the last few weeks (I’m a voracious reader and life long learner), and I’ve decided to dip my toe in and test the waters.
How I got here was serendipitous.
Some one posted on Reddit that they were a chemistry major and they had smeared pheromones on the lab equipment that they shared with the girl they were attracted to and were now engaged to be married and he was feeling pretty darn smug about it. I liked his attitude and it had the ring of truth to it.
Alright, you hooked me, so I plunged into that thread, which lead to a guy commenting that he worked at a sex shop and that, trust him, “Basic Instinct” (you all know about it – stay with me), was the one he “knew for a fact” worked. Bam. I’m on Amazon and ordered three bottles. Then I hit Google to learn, learn, learn. And Bam. I find:
Pretty soon I’m back on Amazon and. Bam. I cancel my order for three bottles of “Basic Instinct.” haha (even though I’ve read here it’s not bad and actually does work.)
That’s okay. I know the mother lode when I see it.
Doesn’t take long to find a poll here on the forum that says most successful product is a toss up between Ammo and TUTH and the A314, each with hundreds of devotees.
Well, I’m a little on the skeptical side and not ready to go whole hog just yet but I hit it pretty hard anyway and FedEx over a couple of to-go’s. Ammo x2 and TUTH x 2. Yep, I know I need some moderators in there but I just wanted to have a look see. We’ll get to that. That’s next and looking forward to trying A314 too.
So, about me. 55 years, male, 6’1", 258lb, very muscular but at least 30 lbs overweight, but carry it very well. Considered very handsome but my mother may have just been flattering me. Height-weight proportionate. Dress well. polite. kind. Quick thinker. A creative. Fastidious hygiene (more about this later – I believe this is actually detrimental to natural pheromones). Very healthy (not on any meds) and high energy for 55. Olive tan complexion, thick high index glasses but I can do the Clark Kent thing with contacts but wore them for so many years have chronic dry eye so … it’s usually glasses.
Always been alpha but not wealthy. Will be alpha AND wealthy in the next couple of years but that’s another story. Never been more alpha than I am now but that may be the Ammo talking. Damn. This stuff is interesting.
So I’ve had a REAL good look around the forum probably a solid 20 hours of reading.
A few posters stand out so far and I’m sure others will come forward too but thanks to Tisha23 and Mobocaster for their intelligent posts. Gleaned a lot from you folks.
So what am I looking for?
A little backstory might help.
I’ve never picked up a woman. Not once in 55 years. They’ve always picked me up. That’s not bragging. That’s the truth. Now granted, I was a teen in the seventies. Those were some good times. Simpler times. Right, Mobocaster? I’m a lucky guy that way and a very experienced gentleman.
Don’t get me wrong - I know what to do when a woman flashes IOI’s. I’ve got decent game and usually (usually) don’t screw up my chances. I’ve got some pretty cool war stories and some amazing memories that I could quietly go out to pasture with and be perfectly happy. (Here is a quick one for you; 1979. 18 years old. Flew from London to Alicante, Spain. Slept on the beach. Woke up at sunrise to a beautiful drop dead gorgeous, lithe, tawny-brown Spanish girl and I mean she was probably a 9 out of 10 or the closest I’ve come to a 10 out of 10 – kissing me awake. I’d never met her before. How’s that for a memory?)
I’ve been around long enough to know that if a woman wants to be with you, she will let it be known. I’ve never been about chasing the unattainable ones. That being said I look back on my experience and there are some truly world class women I’ve been blessed to know. I’m no slouch picking up the signals and having the groundwork laid. Clean well groomed self, car, pad, etc. I’ve always tried to be a gentleman. Not always easy that. That said I’ve met guys that have much more incredible game than I do. Guys that in their day could get laid every night with a different girl and I watched them do that. (Traveler’s hostel - London England 1979.) That’s not me but I’ve done okay. No regrets.
Someone once told me don’t pick the girl you want - pick the girl that wants you. That’s worked for me. Never had a “10” (didn’t sleep with the Spanish girl - she was gone by sunset), but, to my credit what I consider a “10” is so rare, I see one maybe once every ten years. Been fortunate enough to be with more than several 7s, 8s and a couple of 9s but I really don’t like the whole PUA scene and the scoring thing is pretty uncool – lt could be construed as objectifying women. Not cool. Don’t do that, right? And it really does come down to personality! I’ve met some AMAZING women and they’ve not all been beauty queens. Explored the PUA scene but not really my style. I never really needed the “techniques” because I had “pull” somehow. High natural testosterone, maybe? ( Yeah, well, welcome to your 50s, Ice9.) Never questioned it just did. Virile guy and can get a girl pregnant just looking at her. Double edged sword.
So, yes, blessed guy. Never had to work at it too hard but here is the twist.
I’m now 55! Something’s changed and I’m here to find out if it’s my phero signature cuz something intuitively tells me it might be. (Weight loss never hurts either but I’m not making excuses.)
Not closing deals anymore, if you know what I mean. I still get lots of what you guys call hits. Can still fluster the check-out girl without even trying. But they aren’t taking me home and boffing my brains out like they used to. And then there is that bane of a lot of 50 year-old guys. You start to become invisible to some – girls.
My intention:
To see if pheromones can get me laid again. Easily, effortlessly. The way it has always been for me. They pick ME up.
I want to see if pheromones can help with that.
I’m really hopeful but skeptical at the same time. I’m very aware of the placebo effect and cognitive bias. I’m really going to try to do controlled studies and report often in a journal.
Having studied scent in a past life as a product development specialist that had me working in HBC for a while - I do believe less is more. I’ve had my first test – two squirts of Ammo x2 on for two days. Period. Controlled study. Even read that half spray comes out on the pump of the actuator, so areosolized that half-pump and did one full hit to the neck. Being a bit of an olfactory all-star, I can still smell the Ammo, 28 hours later though it is for the most part nearly all gone now. At least at the conscious olfactory threshold! People that say Ammo only last 3-4 hours may be anosmatic to the musk molecule (which in its early dry down smells curiously like Jovan Musk from the 1970’s). I know there is more than musk molecules in there. And that’s exciting. I was getting hits I attribute to the phero’s, (with a skeptical mindset), a full 20 hours after application to clean skin. Cool stuff.
Look for my journal with more detail which I will post up in the next few days. Promise. Thanks for the forum and thanks to the advanced users and MHarris and Androtics. I’m truly intrigued.
Suggestions on what to buy next are welcome. I bought under a different user name but had to change it because it’s well known on another site that is not pheromone related.
I must say it LOOKS like the first two squirts of Ammo already AFFECTED people. Really interesting stuff. Stay tuned for my first post which will be about day old Ammo in a room full of twenty- something dental hygienists.
Just a short preview note here. I was touched by two separate women today and that’s something that simply has not been happening. Also got boob-pressed for a considerable length of time by my young female dental hygienist while she worked on me. That was a conscious choice on her behalf. I’m trying to rationalize this away. But. There it is. Female hands and a boob laid on me. How refreshing. More soon.
