For social anxiety I would reccomend Instant Shine x2. I started to use it back in January, and noticed immediatly the little voice in my head was subsiding. Over the course of 6 weeks the, voice is almost non existent and it takes effort on my part to keep it there. Nice to hear your experience man and thanks for sharing. With pheromones I wear them a lot more for the self effects than what they actually do for others a lot and this is one aspect not reported on a lot and these can have wonderful self effects and the key is to wear on your neck/throat area.

IO An ice breaker and will help open people up to you and would wear on the neck so it effects you to. The only issue I really have with this one is it may detract from the A314 so I would try them keep these 2 separate.
