Quick question: does everyone smell differently if they use the same products?
I was reading around and saw things like AMMO and Alpha, do these things really work or?

Yes, pheromones do work very well. I’m a firm believer.
Everyone has a different skin chemistry, so yes, we’ll all smell different when using the same products - albeit slightly.
What do you want to see pheromones help you achieve in your life? They’ve helped me with sex, bonding, trust, respect, and making friends.
Who are your targets (age, relationship, etc) and where do you see them?
Also tell us a bit about yourself such as your personality and social mannerisms.

I’m a 23 year old male who is very out going but many people think I am intimidating and cockey until they actually go up to me and talk to me, I am hoping to improve my approachability while also maintaining respect with the age group of 20~40
As far as my actual social mannerisms, I am a go getter, I get things done so I am always moving and have a goal. When people talk to me I generally joke around a lot and I also want to bring out the best in people so I challenge them when I hear that they aren’t trying something or they’re giving up on goals.
Try Instant Gentleman. It gives people a warm feeling about me which may take the edge off the intimidation. It also increases the respect people have for me. It makes me come off as smart, mature, well rounded and like I have my life put together extremely well. It’s a must have for guys in our age group.
I also recommend Instant Shine. It puts me in a better and happier mood, and this rubs off on other people. They want to be around the source of happiness. I have the double strength version and think it is fantastic. I reasoned that there can’t be too much happiness pheromones.
This wasn’t in your goals, but try Summer Ammo. It’s ammo, but made for younger men to be used around younger women (18 - mid 20s). It is a buffered version of ammo. Young ladies don’t take too fondly to the full strength ammo. It smells great as well.

Welcome to the site. I would suggest going with the Men’s Ultimate Kit as it has everything you need to get started. Sounds like you may want to lean more on the socials for your goals which is perfect because the kit has all of them in there except CTTM2.
Also like Chris mentioned IG should be a perfect fit to maintain respect while achieving your goals. It is best to test each thing solo to get an understanding of what each product does. I would start off with IG first and then to the socials.
After this I would use IG as your main pheromone to build off of and steer with the others. So like IG/IO or say IG/IH might be a good combo and worth trying.
There is also A314, but for you trying to soften people the IG is a better choice to start with anyways. This is why I highly suggest the kit because it has the IG and A314 spray also so you can see what you like better.
