I would get the 2x Ammo and 2x TUTH. Try the starter pack it is perfect. The IO will get woman to open up and IH works forwell to. IS will out them in a happy mood. BUT I have a diffrrent opinion at age 46 and since you are looking at womens who are in 30s or older, they like alpha status vibes. At your age ur batural aplha signal mones would be on lower side. So I would say u can also look at looking lower doses of A314. UNFORTUNATELY its not in stock now.
Till can u can start with Ammo + IS +IO. Also read about P74 in lower doses.

But if you wanna bring back the young you (at least on her eyes), I will suggest A314. Suits you, specially with your age and her age (I assume she’s in the same age level).
Some users here do add a spray of IS or IH as part of the foreplay. Putting her in a happy mood – you know, a happy wife, happy mood, happy ending.
