Hey everyone - so after researching a bit, I decided to buy my first phermone and have been using Mystery Boy for the past 4 weekends. I am single, GWM, 38 in California and wanted to try out some new things and pheremones was interesting to me.
Honestly, I haven’t really seen a change in anything - not to the extreme of some of the other posts about other pheremones on here. So far I have tried a couple different approaches - a spray on my hand and neck, a spray on my hands, neck and chest, as well as doing a spray on my hands and chest combined with my cologne. Nothing seems to be making a difference..
I guess I am asking if I should mix with something - has any one had any similar occurrences with Mystery Boy?
Welcome to this forum. You might wnat to try Instant Shine to make you stand out from the rest. I suggest however you try the product on its own before mixing it. You can also use MX297 for a party vibe or Instant Openness to make people more talkative.
However, I must admit I don’t know much about Mystery Boy me being straight, but I am sure someone on this forum will give you sound advice on the subject. This is a very friendly community.
MB works only for gay guys. And if you are trying to get the attention of straight males, I think the best result you’ll get is a friendly smile and friendly attention.
If you can be more clear too re: approaches, because by reading your message above, I am assuming that your approaches is actually an application.
If this is true, then I think there lies the problem too. Otherwise, please be so kind to answer these questions: How many sprays did you employ per outing? How often do you re-apply? What places do you go to when you are wearing MB? How do you approach your targets?
For the meantime, you should consider pairing it up with IS and/or IO, and the $25 Intro GC I dropped into your email earlier might help you in placing that second order.

I do know that MB is for gay guys - especially with me being gay (hence the GWM in my post) and yes I did mean to say applications not approach - apologies for the confusion. I usually spray one time on my hands and arms and wipe residual on my neck and there have been other times that i just spray once on my neck and once on my hands and arms. By researching further on the forum, I realized that I might not be spraying enough given my destinations are gay bars with outside smoking patios and a lot of other scents competing against MB. This weekend I will try and up the applications before I go out. I do not reapply bc once I’m out, I’m out for the night and do not want to bring MB with me.
I checked out Hankbuddys post already but will review to see if I missed anything..

I initially mentioned that MB is for gays because I don’t know back then if you are using it to attract straight men. But now… I guess you’re right. Try upping the number of spray.
Regarding re-app and bringing some MB, you can do that by getting some empty ToGo-Bottle, putting some MB into it and place it into your pocket for an all night partying.
Re HB’s thread, I referred you back to it because I though I caught a link posted in there by Soni, that would lead to some thread containing other links that’s nice to be checked out.
It would also be best if you can test MB daily, to see how many sprays gives you the best hit.
On a side note, it’s interesting to see you test out the UPIP to, to see if men’s phero gives you an edge.
I don’t have much experience with the gay side of the pheromones. You should look into the journals though and maybe contact some of the other members as they can probably offer more help. I just wanted to welcome you to the site.
