Hello there everybody. I’m a 30 yo male living in New Jersey. I have tried these pheromones through a friend before and can personally attest to their worth. They work better than advertised in most situations. Currently I’m trying to find a good combination to help my girlfriend of 5+ years fall head over heels for me again. It’s hard keeping things fresh for so long and while we still love each other I can sense her getting bored. So I need to spice things up a bit. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Welcome to the site. So What is your experience with pheromones and which ones or brands? I am just curious.
So the starter pack is always a good bet especially if you are new to AD. This way you will get to see what each one can do. I can relate on the things getting stale.
Sexual and Attraction
Ammo this is the best standalone IMO. This is for attraction and a great scent to. Can be worn for day use as well. It is a very balanced and is a must have.
TUTH this is highly sexual. Best reserved for the bedroom. It is worth getting
Socials
IS now this is also a must have like TUTH. This will boost your confidence and put her in a good mood. Can be worn for work, socials, dating, anything. Very versatile and a really good investment. Pairs well with Ammo to.
IH this will help with bonding and to deepen the conversations. Which with this if there are any problems with the relationship this will bring it out. I suggest wearing on the wrists so it effects her more than you.
Now there are others that will help and others will come in and give their suggestions to this is just what I think will help you the most.

I would add that Instant Openness (also included in the starter pack) can help give a boost to communications… it might help if your relationship has fallen into silent mode or routine stuff.

Both of the guys mentioned some great stuff. After 5 years together, the tone of any relationship changes. The thing I’ve found to keep the magic alive is communication, heart-to-heart communication. Instant Openness and Instant Honesty are great to assist with this. (I’ve been in a relationship for 18 years, and intimate communication is what keeps us very close, which improves trust tremendously.)
Another angle to consider is reminding her that you’re The Man in her life. A314 can assist with that. It also pairs nicely with Instant Honesty.

You seem in rather excellent council so I’ve only popped by to welcome you and suggest you do look toward the UPIP package.
In your case, and from a female point of view, the newness and rekindling what brought you back together can be a big thing. I don’t have anything new to offer the products you’ve been recommended but I’d say definitely get more than one if you can as with women there are more factors than just one that reignite the spark.
A combo of IH and TUTH may seem odd, but might put her in a close mood toward and end up with both of you feeling like when you first met.
Give your pheromones a few days to test and I’m certain you’ll be happy with the outcome.
