I have read a lot about pheros over the last few years but haven’t tried anything yet. I came across this site and figure what the hey. Not getting any younger right? I am single mom to a wonderful 9 year old baby girly. I’ll do some experimenting and see what I like the best. But what I am really looking for is something that may help ease communications… and maybe add a little spice to my relationship too? Have my cake I suppose… Any suggestions on where to begin would be great. Thank you!!

IS/A and IS/B these are your main ones for attraction with the B being a softer version and you will have to test to see what fits you best.

I would also look into Lillian, Miss Dragon, and Somechick’s journal as I think you will find a lot of useful info.
