I am 22 I have heard of pheros since a long time, but never actually tried synthetic ones.
I have no gf other than internet ones, not real ones in the neighborhood.

Pheromones communicate chemical signals between people but they wont do all the work for you. There is no real research on how or if they can be helpful for people with autism or how they will effect them. Pheromones can not cure or treat medical disorders and since none of us are doctors we can not advise you that they will. You should speak with your doctor before trying them. I just want you to know this before you invest money in them.
Now we do have a few members with Asperger syndrome which is a form of autism. Some have had good results and some not so good. If you decide to go ahead and try them I suggest you start with the basic social mixes. IO IH and Ishine. These have helped people increase social interaction. They will not make it effortless though so you will have to learn to recognize and respond to peoples reactions to the pheromone signal.

other than tish’s reccomendations i would suggest you possibly look at instant shine too since it will give you a little confidence boost and make you/those around you, happy and more upbeat and social as well. Once you use each by itself and find the right dosage for you, you can layer instant shine with the IH and IO.
