TUTH is not something I would recommend to someone brand new to the pheromone world, but it is a really wonderful product. It just has to be used carefully, because it is easy to use too much and overdose (OD as it is regularly refered to on the forum. Just means you are pushing people away because it is too string, instead of attracting them with just the right amount).
If I were you, I would start out with something like Ammo or A314. Both are very good products and produce excellent results. Ammo, I understand, is sexual in nature, but not as forward (and sometimes frighteningly forward) as TUTH. A314 just gives you a display of higher value, which just means that women see you as someone worth persuing. It is also famous for giving people the upperhand in the workplace.
If i were you, before purchasing anything, I would go over to the Men’s forum and check out the sticky thread “Noob Phero Bootcamp”. It will give you a lot of really helpful information and help you know which product would be best for you.
I have always wanted to visit Italy—my little sister speaks Italian, and we have daydreamed about visit there someday. I love my home, but I am horribly jealous. Someday, someday, someday I will go and see Europe. And you can br sure, I’ll bring my pheromones.

P79 can give you a definite focus I think. You would need to try it.
Also try a314..

P79 is a pheromone, yes I have tried it, even on its own, it increases focus on a single activity. When they say “fixative” they refer to mixing different pheromones together, creating a mix. You don’t necessarily have to use it that way of course.

You want to know what P74 does? From what everyone is saying and my experience so far, it can draw people to you kind of like a magnet, it can make women see you as ‘their boyfriend’ (there were even some cases of confused identity!)…
Re focusing I’m not sure what to recommend besides P79.
