I’m a college student, and have therefore done my best to do my research on the subject of pheromones. I’ll sum up what I think I know and what I don’t know.
I think that there is a huge opportunity for people to be scammed in this niche, because the results are difficult to substantiate until you actually have whatever pheromone-based product you’ve ordered.
Before I chanced across SmartMones, I was giving serious thought to trying Pherlure and/or Athena pheromones. I’m glad I found SmartMones, because I remain skeptical of the other two:
First and foremost, Athena does not detail what is in their product. This seems like not only a consumer hazard, but also a health issue–merchants are responsible for accurately detailing the contents of their products.
Pherlure lists their unique ingredient as Di-dehydroepiansterone–which is not even listed in many prominent medical servers. Moreover, their website has all of the appearance of a scamming engine–vague terms of use granting the merchant broad discretionary powers, and no clear way to contact the company. Moreover, their terms of use specifically state that users are forbidden from publishing, distributing, or even REFERRING to any communication with them. They threaten legal action should consumers do so.
SmartMones makes sense to me. There is an instantly available community of experienced users for me and others to consult. Moreover, it’s based on principles that seem sound and logical.
Example: the most sexually suggestive mixes SmartMones offers are heavy in Androstenone–the pheromone immediately responsible for the mating process in pigs. That might seem a bit low or degrading to human standards, but pigs are in fact very biologically similar to humans–far more so than dogs, cows, etc. Pig cardiovascular valves have been transplanted into human beings, after all.
I guess my final question is how the pheromones SmartMones offers are synthesized, and how the minds of the company determined which pheromone does what. Does anyone happen to know?
Best!
