Hello, I’ve recently found a new interest in Pheromones. Firstly I’m 28 years old, ex drug addict, live in England UK. I am of muscley stature (gym freak for years but attendance has somewhat ‘toned down’-pardon the pun

Welcome to the forums. Seems like the guys here are taking good care of you. Thank you for sharing your information, and congratulations on your recovery. I agree that IShine and IO is a good combo for you. I sometimes use these when I need to get myself in an upbeat mood when I’m not in the mood to socialize.
At some point, after you develop rapport with people, you could switch IO with IH. This will promote bonding and trust. It will also further soften the angry persona that others had perceived in you. In fact, you can use IH when you need to quickly gain rapport with someone.
I also agree with Spectrum. Avoid A314 and IG for now. I thought that IG might be suitable for you, to give you a slight fatherly figure image, but I don’t think that’s what you need right now. The main thing is to develop a deeper bond with people in your life and make new connections with new friends.
As your significant other gets accustomed to the new you, she may open up more sexually. When you notice this happening, give Ammo a try. This may give you the spark you’re looking for. You got really great advice from all the guys. I would take a look at the men’s intro pack as you will get everything to try. Then if you find something that works really well I would look into getting the bigger 30ML bottles down the road.
