Although you may find that products like AMMO will help in the long run, in the short run, I think socials might be best. It’s important you have the social skills. The Ammo I’ve found good around our age (I’m 27) for engaging females around our age. The problem for me is while it gets a response out of them I still find it hard to act on it so definitely be brave and risk rejection.
I’d suggest a good PUA book such as the TAO of Badass for building a good mindset and just opening people (that is everyone) all the time until you can talk with women non-stop.
